Theft, Burglary, Domestic Violence
Inconsistent Support Staff, Maintenance
Mold Infestation
Illegal Immigrants
NO/TOO MUCH hot water
Noisy Neighbors/bad insulation
No "rule" enforcement from management
Frequent Evictions - they don´t ck refs
The pool is always dirty or closed (owner doesn´t like to put up the $ to fix it)
