Rent is pretty cheap-I stayed in a 2/2 for 625/month all bills paid except H2O

The color is god awful-puke brown :(

The rooms are nice and spacious.

If you don't like kids running around without supervision-don't move here.

Interior damage is may be hidden by paint. Counter tops in the bath and kitchen may be painted over, baseboards may have woodrot which has been "patched " and painted over.
