-Extremely noisy interception.
-You can hear every step your upstairs neighbood takes, everytime he flushes the toilet, turns on shower, etc.
-Miantenence repairs take forever to get fixed.
-Neighbors always leave trash all over the complex.
-There is drug-selling/movement going on.
