The maintenance men don't fix a thing and the management doesn't seem to care. Ocassionally you'll see some guys out drinking in the apartment complex it looks bad but really they don't bother you. Office staff is nice and maintnance guys are good guys just takes them awhile to get to fix things. Overall ...
