From outta-here: Pros: 1) Beautiful landscaping. 2) Apartments generally in good condition, often get new carpeting, and are fully painted & cleaned for new renters. 3) Maintenance staff is friendly, competent, and responsive. 4) Location is EXCELLENT. 5) Nice pool. 6) Winter snow removal is very good, especially on stairs and walkways.
