From -Anonymous-: First and foremost, this is the best value around. By far the lowest monthly price, but you don't sacrifice much of anything.
Apartments have fireplaces, which offer little heat, but they do the job and it sets a nice atmosphere. Apartments also have decks, which are small, but cozy.
