My sister still lives in my old apartment where they just got new carpet and about 2 years ago new cabinets. You may find mold in the bathroom- keep the window ... From sailmaster: Overall I would recomend this place if you don't mind an older place thats not in perfect condition. its cheap rent and it includes utilities.
