From -Anonymous-: These apartments were completely renovated in 2002 (if I remember correctly); this includes new appliances, new kitchens, new bathrooms, new carpet, new walls and windows. Unfortunately, they neglected to insulate the outer walls and when it is freezing outside, it is freezing inside as well.
