From -Anonymous-: the apartments have one big bedroom, hallway, bath with clawfoot tub, and two equally sized middle rooms. the kitchen is a pretty good size, new cabinets, etc. there are no utilities included in the rent <$625/mo>, which i find to be the biggest drawback- $200 dollar city bills every month! ...
