Maintenance staff not skilled, slow to fix anything (and often will replace with a used or otherwise crappy other appliance), and not very trustworthy. 1. The apartments are quite large in size 2. reasonably priced

The bad:
1. Poor thermal insulation. Be prepared for high energy bills in the winter.
2. The construction is such that sounds easily travel between apartments.
3. Slow response of the management to repair requests.
