-You can say "I live in a gated community"... or wait... no you can't the gate is always broken.
-Overall nice apperance.

Cons:
-Price... to expensive
-Manager... very hard to deal with, almost never available.
-Noise... you hear everything around your unit.
-Parking.... horrible.
