From ShackHater66: I don't know where to start, the apartment is totally a dumpster.
Problems: Molding, rats, holes in the wall, leakage, appliances do not work, garage door doesn't work, appalling management and etc.
There are newer apartments in the area, so don't bother renting here.

The new management is lazy and I have never seen them working on the premise. The automatic garage door was broken for about 3 months.
The apartment is old and needs serious repair work and updating. Eveything is falling apart.
