No grocery store nearby, but excellent Bartell drugs for the everyday stuff.

Wonderful manager.

Bldg. has NO cable
problems throughout the Building,
No Manager after hours
Problems with Laundry area
Parking sucks
Maintenance sucks
Noise, but hard wood floors are nice.
People are moving out faster then moving in, one must wonder. Take all into consideration when deciding to move in.
