From heosl: Possibly the only thing going for this place is location. It's really close to Chinatown and the library.

However, there are near-monthly inspections (with less than 48 hours notice) and my car has been broken into twice. The monthly inspections are really irritating as the inspectors track dirt onto your carpet.
