Garden Court Apartments: Nice, quiet and affordable for so close to downtown (Recommending!)

From daumier: Lived here for 18 months and loved it. On the east side of Capitol Hill which is very quiet and neighborhoody, yet only 4 blocks from the shops and bars on 15th. Garden Court Apartments: Don´t rent here. (Not Recommending)

From kamiye: I lived here for many years.
The unit was moldly.
The bathroom has a fan and it´s window is walled up -- so it looks like there´s a window, but go inside and you´ll see that´s fake.

It takes a million years to get anything fixed.

The building is located next to Sound Oil.
