About noise.
- One guy is always singing with working.
(at Seattle Univ's recycle(?) place.)
- Seattle Univ's ESL student are chatting and smoking in the (outside)parking. Very noisy!
- Fire alarm worked 3times this year(2004)!!! Too many!
