Pros:
*Staff (Dawn/Jill) were very nice
*Apts were modern
*Washers/Dryers in units
*Maintenance was good.
*"Party" room / Outdoor grill was nice
*Gym was adequate
*Ability to see who is at front door on TV.

Cons:
