From -Anonymous-: Apartment had all the features of good apartment living - trash chutes on each level, fitness/whirlpool, secured parking, front door security camera broadcast as a channel over cable, and elevator.

But, the newer-tech secured parking did come with a higher than average price. The rent was rather expensive for the area.
