I have been here a long time. Never had a problem with neighbors, (lucky I guess). My road is quite. Nice price. Free cable and water. They have always fixed stuff for me, in a timley manner. Very nice lady in the office, she has been here forever. They have sprayed for bugs, never had a bug problem. Love the sink in my bedroom. Not too much of a duck problem anymore, they hired someone to come more

Park Place Apartment Homes

5820 Murray Drive, Charleston, SC 29406

I lived here from June until this past December and overall it wasn't a bad place to live. I moved here from out of state and only viewing the apartment complex once. I needed a one bedroom but they could only show me the two bedroom model because there were no one bedrooms available at the time. So I judged what a one bedroom would look like from the floor plans online and the general feel more

I just moved back to Sawgrass apartments a year ago, and couldn't be happier!! I was very pleased with the renovations they have put into the apartments, new appliances, wallpaper, and vanities. The community is safe and has lots of children for my 3 year old to play with. We enjoy spending summer at the pool and brand new tennis court. We went to several other apartment more

Planters Trace Apartments

I had one day to look around for apartments and needed one available immediately. I checked out I'd say 5 others. I felt Planters Trace offered the most bang for my buck. I've been here 4 months now, and am very satisfied. I am a single mom and safety was important to me. The area feels safe and well lit at night. I enjoy the pool and tennis court. The landscaping is nice with flowers more

Abberly at West Ashley

I moved into this property about a year ago now and have liked it but haven't loved it. I feel secure here even with Costco in the backyard and the staff has always been really friendly and helpful. They try to have resident nights about once a month, which is a nice courtesy. The breezeways do tend to get a little dusty or dirty sometimes, but eventually get cleaned up. more

I moved here from North Carolina back in December. I was nervous about the past reviews but I'm so glad I went with my first instincts and made this place my home. I feel safe living here and I've never had problems with parking. It is a great location with Walmart and a couple of grocery stores right around the corner. I was worried about getting in and out of the community with such a more

Its not the management its the people who cant look after themselves. everyone should realise that we live in boxes in close quarters so if you dont want to be considerate then dont live in an apartment complex. more

So I normally wouldn't do this, but I was happy with them until just recently. They lie, they steal your money, they will be sweet as can be and then stab you in the back. Don't trust them. Maintenance is never wanting to do what they are supposed to. I had to beg them over and over to do simple things. They rape you when it comes to anything that needs to be fixed. What the heck is my more

Townhouse Village Apartments

1721 Ashley Hall Road, Charleston, SC 29407

Staff is nice while you live there. But when you move out they treat you like crap. You have to pay 300 for you first pet and 150 for the second. This a fee and not a deposit, which they dont make clear when you pay it. So that fee will not go towards any damages those pets caused. So you pay up to 450 just to have those pets live there. Dont move here. You will not like the moving out more

Sergeant Jasper Apartments

310 Broad Street, Charleston, SC 29401

Find another place!!!!!!!! The maintenance staff is nice, but outgunned! Suffered a loss of a $2000 painting due to their poor maintenance, and they're not liable? Constant leakage through the ceiling vents as the a/c system is pathetic! Have talked to numerous other tenants who have also suffered SERIOUS LOSSES!!! Management staff smiles and means screw you and your problems. more
