I've lived here for 2 years and I have loved it. My only quote to sum up living here would be "You get what you pay for". The complex got a facelift so that makes it nice to look at. The pics on the website are 100% and the landscape is nice. on to the good stuff: Luckily for me when I first moved in they an excellent deal on the rent and a 1 bedroom that rented normally for $645 I was able to get for $550 for 2 years, well the 2nd year it increased $30. The layouts are spacious. They have 2 phases to the apt: 1 - with the modern appliances (stainless steel, marble countertops and such) for extra of course. 2 - the place in which I picked wooden decorations the basic appliances (basically no upgrade). I still loved it and took it b/c of all the other perks my place had such as: vaulted ceilings, fans in the living room and bedroom (you will be surprised at how many apt complexes dont have fans), i had a washer and dryer on my balcony, a patio, fire place and like i said space. Amenities: pool, 24 hr gym access, movie rental, great maintenance (several times my air would stop and I never had to wait over a day), gated community ( and the gate actually works, i think maybe 4 times it hasn't in 2 years ( once b/c someone crashed into the system and when a bad storm comes). The staff know you by name and were always friendly but I only saw them to pay bills mostly. My only con would be: price (rent is very expensive here w/o a deal), no utilities included but water is like $25, electric (i never pay over $80) but i unplug everything when i'm gone for long periods of time, cable only thru TWC - no dishes allowed. Demographics: I love peace and quiet another perk here ( i have come home late at night and never saw ppl lingering around outside, I feel really safe around here plus the gates help), a lot of military live out here, no loud music or frolicking around) Location: great, right around the corner from target in the woodhill mall (i've walked there a couple of times), easy access to freeway, walmart, library. I really hate that i have to leave, but my budget only stretches so far.
