Vinings at Carolina Bays

501 Hinson Drive, Myrtle beach, SC 29579

Absolutely delighted, from the professionalism and effort of the office staff, who go the extra mile to make The Vinings a clean, comfortable, gorgeous apartment, to the grounds/landscaping, pool, dog exercise fenced area, hammocks surrounded by palm trees, car cleaning and detailing covered area, garbage is put in a closed, metal compactor that gets compressed so their is no odor or over flowing more

I moved into the larger one bedroom apartment back in January of 2012. Since the day I moved in I've had nothing short of the best service. The office staff is friendly, fun and really great about taking care of the residents. They always plan fun activities for residents like pizza and wings for Monday Night Football, and barbecues for the residents. The maintenance staff is just beyond more

I've lived here for ten months and I am thankful that I am finally able to leave! The management seems very nice until you actually live here. There are tons of fire ants and palmetto bugs everywhere! The maintaince have just walked in without knocking, without even calling them while my child was in the living room and I was getting out of the shower. When I yelled he closed the door and more

Been satisfied with location and staff...been through three owners. I like what Drucker has been doing, improving our community. The only complaints I have is dog waste not disposed of, trash not picked up. The staff is friendly, smiling and always helpful. more

Seaside Grove At Carolina Forest (formerly Birkdale Commons)

101 Augusta Plantation Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579

I would never recommend renting an apartment at Seaside Grove. Here are the reasons: Affordability: We have been overcharged every month for rent. They use an outside company to keep track of your water bill, rent, electric, water, trash, pet fee (if you have one) storage unit fee and washer/dryer rent (if applicable). We have had to keep track of our payments and expenses every month since more

Ivystone Apartments

Do Not waste your time with this apartment. I have lived here 2 years I moved here because it was easy to get into. Upon moving in I soon found out why. #1 the apartment was poorly painted, carpet not installed correctly appliances are not worth a crap. #2 breezeways look awful, grounds are full of dog and duck poop so nasty!! #3 fitness center is a joke nothing works everything is broken and more
