I have to agree that the development has gone downhill in the last few years. The trash containers are forever overflowing and wild animals open trash bags spreading raw garbage all over. The development has become more of a zoo than a place for humans to live. Any time of the day or night, cats and other wild animals run rampant. The wild cats have no fear of approaching residents during daylight hours looking to be fed. Residents do not pick up after their dogs. One has to be careful when walking for fear of stepping in fecal matter. Apparently, no one enforces the pet rules. Rules state that two dogs with a combined weight of 100 lbs are permitted. However, many residents have two dogs weighing well over 100 lbs. Additionally, the breed restriction is non existing. German Shepard, Pit Bulls and Dalmations can be found within the the development. The so call "fitness center" should be closed and turned into a storage area. The equipment is old and is in need of repair or better yet replacement. I have yet to see anyone completely power wash an entire building from top to bottom. Green mold appears on some of the buildings and garages. No attention is ever paid to the sidewalks that are black and disgusting. When extermination is requested the exterminator will only treat the area where you said you saw an insect unless you tell them to treat the entire apartment. I have to agree that although the signs read "Luxury Apartments", by no means does this development meet the definition of "Luxurious". Since Melissa's departure, the staff has become impersonal, For the amount most tenants pay for rent here, they can find a larger luxury apartment with updated cabinetry, real granite counter tops, newer appliances and many more amenities within a more sociable community. I can't wait for the expiration date of my current lease,it could not come fast enough. Ten months and counting....
