Rates increases dramatically without any update to the apartment. Apartments are outdated with low quality appliances and with one ceiling fan(no actual light on fan) in a two bedroom apartment. No microwave is provided and carpet is old as well. Incompetent and uncaring front office/management and maintenance staff. They ignore you most of the time and only identify you by number when you come in. There was a serious recurring maintenance issue that was not resolved after four months of reporting it. Trashy residents that leave dog waste and old cigarettes littered throughout the property. Property is not maintained very well and there is always an issue with the dumpster. There is always trash piled up at the dumpster by the main entrance of the apartment. It resembles some sort of ------ or slum. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does. Also, water bill is very high. I have never paid over $25 for one during my stay in previous apartments. This one was over $50. Do not waste your time or money with ChartHELL apartments. You can find a lot better for there almost $900 a month price. Look elsewhere!

    Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We have several different options for your apartment home. We offer a classic floor plan as well as a renovated classic and a larger newer floor plan that was built in 2003. Our apartments come standard with foyers in every apartment either tile or vinyl and a built in microwave in provided in our renovated and 2003 floor plan. We also have select apartment homes that offer upgraded counter tops and cabinets, 2" faux wood blinds, upgraded lighting and ceilings fixtures. First floor units can be upgraded to plank flooring as well. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and if you received anything less then that I do apologize. You mentioned a maintenance issue that was reoccurring and not fixed. I have an open door policy and wished I would have been notified so I could have addressed this. Any issue that is brought to my attention I try to resolve to the best of my ability in a timely manner and encourage feedback so we may know which areas we need to improve upon.
