I just moved in January and I have nothing negative to say so far about Westbury Mews. It has a wonderful staff working very hard to make we all happy. I had two issues upon moving in they were minor, they were cared for almost immediately. I have had no one in the apartments to be rude or negative. The space in these apartments are great! I have all kinds of storage. I look forward to a wonderful more

The Staff at this complex are fantastic and have excellent customer service skills. I would recommend this property to anyone! I am applying to other locations for a position with Drucker & Falk Real Estate as I impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail and how they treat their employees. more

Avana at Wescott Plantation

9580 Old Glory Lane, Summerville, SC 29485

We lived at Avana at Westcott Plantation for about 5 months and the experience could have been better. First, there are excessive noises above you when living in a ground level apartment as a result of poor insulation. Second, parking is scarce and smoking outside of the apartments. Third, the apartments are way overpriced with a high security deposit and only 1 area for kids to safely play. By more

Colonial Village at Water's Edge

9989 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485

02/25/15 by Verified Resident:
I enjoy living at Colonial Village because the grounds have I feel that I am living in a residential neighborhood, not on a concrete slab. Each building has only eight apartments, floor on the first floor for on the second floor, with the exception of one building that has three floors to it, with a large breezeway in between. The staff is very attentive to any request that I have had. Anytime more

I've lived here for almost 2 months now. And honestly I WILL NOT tell you whether or not to move in here because that is entirely up to you. I will simply just give you my input about living here so far. First off Jozzie (she was the one who helped us through the whole moving process) she is wonderful! I absolutely adore her. They really do have a great staff here. The clubhouse is more

Farmington Village Apartments

Worst community my family and I have ever residided. If you are looking for a family-friendly community then MAA communities are not for you. The staff are rude and unhelpful; the policies they so strongly say they standby are never enforced or only applied to selected few (ie. dog breeds allowed, noise violations); poor apt construction which allows for every smell and noise to seep through the more

Sawbranch Apartments

1815 Bacons Bridge Road, Summerville, SC 29485

This apartment complex is fine if you just need a temporary stay but not for long term living. There are many, many kids in this complex who are NEVER supervised running around, riding their bikes in the middle of the street, swearing at tenants, hitting cars, and overall being a menace. We have made 2 formal complaints and nothing is ever done. Also, they are updating their kitchen and windows more

Cobblestone Village

900 Brookstone Way, Summerville, SC 29483

At first, the place was nice, clean, quiet (still is), and the staff was friendly. Now the place is still quiet, however, there seems to be no policy on throwing cigarette butts. The entrance/exit gates rarely works. The residents dump their trash around the dumpster instead of in it. I'm pretty sure maintenance doesn't clean the exterior of the buildings (my building really needs it). more

I have been a resident of this apartment back when it was called Churchill Commons and I have had a pleasant stay overall. The staff is friendly and welcoming and, although they may have times where they have other appointments that cause them to leave the office, they always leave a time when they'd be back, and they are usually back at the promised time. They are also kind enough to provide more
