Apartments for "Alexan at"
06/02/04 by anonymous: I moved into the Alexan in December 2002 and will be moving out in July 2004. My intial experience was a positive one. I love the maintenance crew -- they a great! But, the turn over in the front office has been frequent, but they may have finally settled down with a semi-permanant group. BUt, the office staff has always been helpful for the most part.
The complex has a parking garage, more

11/30/09 by amvsep: I am a very ---- individual and I have to say this apartment complex is top notch. If you are a light sleeper like myself you wont have to worry about getting the top floor. The best shape I have ever been in my 36 years was when I lived at the Alexan. I was a size zero then. If I couldnt sleep in the middle of the night I could get up and go to the gym and I actually felt safe. Very clean very more
07/14/04 by email@example.com: This was my first Florida home and I really have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and really looks out for their residents! We never had any problems with our apartment or the security there.
The only issue I could possibly complain about was other resident's not respecting the property. Having their guests come flying into the parking lots, blaring stereos & horns more
06/14/08 by anonymous: I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. My husband and I lived in the Alexan for 9 months in 2003-2004 (it had just switched to the new ownership). We had several very neat cats, and we paid quite a bit of money in fees so they would be allowed (at least an additional $500, if I recall). When we were ready to leave, there was a coffee stain on the carpet near the more
12/03/14 by anonymous: Apartments here are way to overpriced. 1200 dollars for a 1 bedroom apartment is crazy. The place is not nice enough to pay that amount. Front office staff is rude and when you come in to talk to them they act like you are bugging them. Even though they do nothing but sit at a desk all day. There is dog crap everywhere from people not picking up after their dogs. There is no parking for friends more
04/05/15 by anonymous: I visited Allegro Palm yesterday along with a hand full of other complexes and this one really stood out. The girl I met with was so friendly and seemed reallly natural when talking to me about the apartments, I didn't feel like I was being sold once. The grounds were beautiful and nicely kept. I saw the model apartment and it was extremly big for a 2 bedroom! I loved the lake views and the more
09/29/07 by jessilee82: Nothing but problems from day one! We weren't allowed to see the apartment before signing the lease because it was still being redone, but we were desperate and in a hurry, we couldn't move in on time because the carpet people didn't show up like they should so we moved in two days later than scheduled! The garbage here is always overflowing, our neighbor acts like a more
05/22/15 by aregan: I lived there for a little over 2 years and watched it slowly go downhill while I was there. In the beginning, the staff was enthusiastic, caring, considerate, friendly, and overall fantastic. After one of their female staff members (I believe her name was Marcia) moved on to another Camden, the office started hiring other individuals. These individuals were very complacent at first, and then they more
03/09/15 by charlesn: The staff are incompetent and rude. There billing app has messed up 3 times and they will hold you responsible for there mistakes with fines. As soon as you try and talk about the issue they threaten you with more fines and legal action. Also don't even think about using your balcony for anything else other than 1 chair. Anything else and it is a fine. These people are crooks! more
