19Twenty Apartments (formerly Fairways at University, Fairway Villas)

1920 North Ruddell Street, Denton, TX 76201

12/10/14 by anonymous: I've lived here for 6 months now I enjoy living here and the staff is always very helpful. One thing that has really made me so happy living here is that my pet is accepted here. I have a large dog and no other place would accept my pet. I can't live with out my dog. I love the dog wash it's so convenient. more

11/01/13 by anonymous: Fairways staff lacks the professionalism and punctuality that you want when living in an apartment. When I had issues with the maintenance of my apartment it was NEVER handled in a timely manner. I had to call repeatedly to for the same issues that were not being resolved. There was mold in my air conditioning vents that they painted over instead of cleaning and taking care of the issue. I would more

04/20/09 by ntwin@hotmail.com: There have been some bad posts on here about Oak Lawn Gardens. The big problem that I see is that Oak Lawn Gardens is not associated with Oak Lawn Leasing in Denton any more. The Oak Lawn Gardens Apartments were bought in July 2007 and actually the name has changed to Gradview Gardens, but no one has changed it on this web site. There is a sign on the building facing Oak Lawn Street that says more

            Singing Oaks Apartments

            307 N Loop 288, Denton, TX 76201

06/25/14 by anonymous: This apartment complex is now called The Roxton. It was remodeled maybe two years ago? We've been living here since July 2013. We absolutely love it here...despite the few kinks. It's income restricted, so the application process is horrid and if you don't call back, it could take them weeks to approve you. Also, they do a lot of apartment inspections and they're usually last more

              Loma Del Rey Apartments

09/19/13 by janawraye: I will have to disagree with most of the reviews on here. The manager Larry was very caring and kind to me and my boyfriend. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Larry worked with us when others wouldn't. I am grateful to have met and am currently a resident of Loma Del Rey! more

                Eagles Landing Condominiums

                1922 N Locust St, Denton, TX 76201

07/30/14 by anonymous: Let me start by saying that Eagle's Landing is a nice place to live for the price you pay. That being said, the reason I left is because of the landlady. She seems nice when you first meet her, but once you run into a problem she is absolutely no help at all. She never answers her phone either. She charged my roommate and I almost $50 after we moved out for lightbulbs that we had already more

07/01/14 by anonymous: I was getting ready to move out this past weekend and asked my boyfriend to help me pack my things. When he got to the complex late that evening, there were no more visitor parking passes available so he just parked in visitors parking. We came out the next morning to his car missing from the spot he parked in. The office is conveniently closed on the weekends and the only person available to more

                    Arbors At Denton

1103 Bernard St, Denton, TX 76201

08/16/14 by anonymous: I would not recommend living at Arbors of Denton unless you want to pay rent for half a month that you don't even live there for, or a $30 fee for leaving invisible trash when you move out... Also, they check your apartment a few months before you move out for anything you've hung on a wall to make note of where there would be holes and then fine you extra if you fill them in. more
