Villas Of La Costa

1016 Camino La Costa, Austin, TX 78752

04/13/15 by supersaenz: When I retired from the Army I needed a good place to live and a great apartment to start my new life. I choose beautiful Austin, Texas and after researching the north area of Austin I found that Villas of La Costa Apartments were perfect, cost and accommodation wise. The staff came on board in 2012 when I moved in and they have been the nicest bunch of people you could expect to assist with all more

05/08/15 by Pamela519: I have lived here going on 11 years. The on site property manager has recently changed and things are much better than they were. The units are quite nice. Large master tub, walk in shower and fireplace in the main master bedroom. Fireplace downstairs....I have nothing to compare as this is the first town house I have ever lived in. Joi and Gus are welcome additions to Villas at La Costa (at more

05/08/15 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Usually I wait until after we've lived some place at least a year to post negative reviews, to give the complexes the benefit of the doubt and resolve issues, etc. This time is different. At first, we found the apartments a bargain and were very happy. Management seemed to be involved and organized and cared about their tenants. Now that we've lived here two months, I more

12/29/14 by anonymous: My family and I love these place is quiet and clean. Management is friendly although we've had five different managers in the time we've been here, the studio's and one bedroom are spacious. We've been living here for 2 years and 8 month's but unfortunately they raise the rent every year and we dont believe the place is worth the price anymore. When we moved in there was more

07/16/04 by grupodeapoyocristiano@yahoo.com: Now changed its name due to new management, first thing they did was raise the rent, exorbitant price for run down old apartments with bugs, current management is not people friendly, worst management they have had since, building has had repairs and touches to make it look nicer. If possible move somewhere else. more

6100 Ohio Dr, Plano, TX 75024

06/24/15 by anonymous: I took a look here as a prospective tenant. The leasing consultant was very nice and extremely helpful, but from other reviews here I can guess she is probably a temp. Too bad. Reasonably priced for the fact you get a garage. I viewed 2 units, in one, the kitchen was fugly. Seriously, the cabinets have this wood and Formica facing on the front, a la 90s, and the other sides completely unfinished. more

01/08/15 by Elvis Neighbor: I have lived in this apartment complex for several years. I saw some of the previous reviews and thought I would add my opinion on living here. Some of the issues in these reviews seem a bit outlandish, have nothing to do with the apartments themselves, or some of the issues have been addressed. I really didn't care too much for the previous office manager. He had a penchant for more
