You can get covered parking, but that doesn't mean someone won't be parked there when you get home. They do NOT enforce any rules with covered parking. There are break ins at least once a month to cars and/or apartments. If you complain to management, more

We are building a new house and moved from out of state. Before moving in I had let the office know the date and time we would be arriving. If you complain about anything it takes longer than usual for them to fix and if you go above them and try to speak to corporate the people here try to retaliate against you. The neighborhood I've seen has a lot of drug movement. I can't wait to move out!!!! more

Management is friendly although we've had five different managers in the time we've been here, the studio's and one bedroom are spacious. We've been living here for 2 years and 8 month's but unfortunately they raise the rent every year and we dont believe the place is worth the price anymore. When we moved in there was more

Only recently when management changed hands did things start to slightly change. The new management is better and trying to get the place into shape. However, for the money that the management at the more
