This place went so far to find things wrong with our apartment that I guess they found a few hairs on the sink and decided they should write it down. They billed us $15 to replace their cheap blinds that if you so much as look out the window they would bend, $80.90 for carpet cleaning, $99.36 for regular more
02/21/12 by ExpertRater: The Cottage apartment appears to be well organized but don't be fooled the staff especially Katie (Asst. Mgr.) has a very nasty attitude (You will experience it after you rent)......read your lease very careful......there is a pest problem in the complex.......spiders entering inside the apartment........parking problems.......pets (dogs) are very plentiful.......I wished I had believed to the more

I've witnessed 6 in one year. When I speak to the police, they tell me this is a dangerous complex and are there all the time. Some of the other things are : water regularly turned off for up to 2 days with no notice, almost no more

The building has settled and is uneven, the back part floods whenever it rains, the on-site laundry facility sucks almost as hard as the new management and the price is $700+ to rent these old dumps. They aren't even luxury apartments, they don't have new stoves, refrigerators, showers, sinks or anything modern, which begs the question, "How the ---- more

Cons: - The bark park is just a small fenced space- not a park at all and despite there being a large tree in the space it is direct sunlight with no covering which is miserable in the summer. I would also estimate only 50% of pet owners clean up after their pets so walking around in the bark park more
