In the first year, no complaints, but the property is progressively going down hill. I no longer feel safe here as a single woman. I am constantly witnessing drug deals in the parking lot, have had rocks thrown at my car windows and have had to call more

In our unit the appliances are cheap and old!! We don't have granite countertops. The kitchen cabins are old and damage. The cabin under the sink is damage from water! 01/27/15 by anonymous: Out of the apartments I've lived in this has to be the worst one. Theyes don't clean up the apartment complex the sidewalks are full of leaves. The ponds don't work. The office has no idea what goes on through the complex they don't fix anything. I will never suggest anybody to move in here more

LOTS of security problems, it is a very unsafe place to live. They never once contacted the residents about the attempted rapes, successful robberies and car break ins that happened. The staff is always a nightmare to deal with more
04/17/15 by anonymous: I have lived here for years. It is safe and the office staff has turned into a great help for fixing problems vs when I first lived here. The grounds are kept very clean and I haven't had any issues with bugs or crime. It is affordable for the area we are in which I consider a higher class of Chesapeake. It is very close to the Greenbrier mall and the awesome central meats meat market so more

I got a fantastic deal on my apartment, and dealt with the circa 1990 kitchen appliances + the carpet that was never replaced(judged from the vomit & piss stains when i moved in) but yet was still ecstatic when i moved in. 1 month later i was in an argument with the manager about how i didnt know how to clean my dishes cause they were dirty more
