I have lived at Bell Hollow for about six months, and have lived in the area complexes for the last three years. I have to say that this has been my best apartment experience in Antioch so far, and I intend to stay here.
What drew me in were the huge apartments. No, they aren't perfect - my AC has stopped working once, my cabinets aren't in the best shape, and the carpet has some issues, but for the price, I'm happy. And, I'll point out, maintenance has been on the ball every time I've had an issue. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for them to fix anything, and they've always been very nice.
My neighbors are absolutely the best. The kids are noisy, yes, but I accept that they are kids, and I don't mind the noise at all. They are also some of the most courteous people I've met around here, and the kids will literally come outside to open the building doors for me when I have an arm full of groceries. The noise also quiets down at night, and I really hear the cicadas more right now than I do the kids most of the time.
I have not dealt much with the staff, but they have always been friendly toward me and my friends. Unlike other places I've lived, they do not seem to rotate monthly, and so I have confidence that they are good people. However, like I said, I have not really spoken to them much aside from paying the rent.
In short, I have really liked my time here, and have already helped two of my friends move into the apartments since I moved in. I have experienced no serious problems, and compared to other apartments that are nearby that I've rented from, this place is a dream. The rent is low, and the people here are nice, which is why I would recommend this place to folks looking for an apartment in the area.
