Over the past year this place has gone way down hill... I'm normally not a complainer but there is only so much one person should have to deal with. Where to begin, maintenance is a joke, don't call after hours for a problem because the phone will just ring and ring and then they will claim that they forgot to forward the phones while you sit in your 90 degree apartment. There are blue tarps on every building from roof leaks. One which is on my building and leaks on to my carpet during every rain. I have turned in multiple request to the office and they keep saying they are working on it. You would think after almost a year it would be fixed. And the security lights were not working for a good 8-10 months and finally they have fixed a few. The apartment is outdated for the amount of rent you pay. Gold was used in the 80s. Cabinets and countertops are from the 90s and carpets are old. I was shown a new updated apartment when I leased and was told that I would be getting one like that from the leasing person. Then the manager told me I couldn't have it unless I wanted to pay 150$ more a month than quoted. And not move in until later. I had to take the apartment because I didn't have the time to wait. There are also trucks with load exhaust that leave nd come all hours of the night. Guys bouncing basketballs at midnight in the parking lot. Some people have to work and have small children. Kids plays in the streets and one shot my car with a bb gun. One pool was closed And green all summer long. The office staff is never there during full working hours. The list goes on. You can find much nicer places within an arms reach of here. Stay away if you can.
