I've rented several apartments and THs and this is by far the worst. The building looks fine, but many units have had floods due to poor plumbing, so watch out moulds and another flood. If any resident feels safe there, it is because the staff hides the crimes and incidents that happen there -- my car was vandalized last summer, and there was another similar incident at another building, but the staff do not let all residents know. (I've also heard of thefts) And if you complain about your loud or violent neighbors, YOU will be blamed, not them. Finally, when you move out, make sure the rooms are in prestine condition -- they penalize what is normally considered usual wear and tear. Beter not to live there to begin with. (But if you must, get the phone number of United Dominion's office and the regional manager -- escalate your cases whe the staff is unhelpful)
