I moved into a 3-bedroom apt at this complex in fall 1999 with my roommate. Initially, it was the two of us and her daughter, but shortly after moving in my roommate left to get married, which left me with a huge rent bill and no need for all that space. Despite all my attempts to move into a smaller apartment, because I really liked the complex, management was unwilling to help me find a smaller apartment that I could afford. Finally I moved out, breaking my lease. I found it extremely difficult working with a property manager who was younger than I was; from my perspective, she didn't have the life experience needed to deal with different situations (of course, Kim wouldn't need to would she, since she lived rent-free with her mother in a 3 BR on property.) Aside from that, the grounds are well-kept, the apartments were really big and nice (most older complexes have more sq ft space), and for it to be right on Lebanon Rd., it is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this complex, albeit with reservations.
