I moved in at the end of April, and paid over $900 in deposits. When I signed the paperwork, I was told I was "good" till June by the leasing consultant. May comes and goes, and I sign in to pay my rent in full on time for June when I see I'm being charged double. I tried calling for days to get this resolved with no answer. When someone did answer, they couldn't find my file more

Berkley Hills

THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER. Berkley Hills Staff is horrible including Mary. Mary tells you she's sending some to "fix" things and it doesn't happen and all she says is sorry. Her staff is either family members or individual who look like they are on drugs. No professionalism at all, most do not speak English. I had no A/C for three months, my ceiling in my kitchen is about to more

BEWARE!!!! Do not, I repeat DO NOT live in these apartments. I have a relative that lived there and their apartment was infested with Brown Recluse!!!! There were spiders on the walls , in the kitchen, closet, bathroom and near the front door. All management did was say that they are going to spray. Spray does not get rid of Brown Recluse. They did not do a thorough treatment of their apartment. more

THIS IS A WARNING! PLEASE, DO NOT RENT HERE! I have lived here for two years, and there have been too many problems to even begin to count. Our first six months of living in this apartment were hell. We got bed bugs and ANTS and lost ALL of our nice things, due to the infestation. We have since bought a new bed, and have been cured of the problem. This property has switched hands several more

This apartment location is a real gem. It's located just off the highway so it's quick and convenient to get to any location you need. I lived here for two years and miss it after moving out of the state. The management is exceptional and will learn your name and face even if you don't spend a lot of time around the office. All of my maintenance issues were minor with the problem more

They are now to charging $750 per mo for a 2 bedroom, and $715 for the 1 bedroom ,apartment that has been around since 1971.they have yet to upgrade the apartment. Some of them still have the same stove, refrigerators, and dishwashers from the 90's. the laundry facility is horrible.every time you going there its nasty, and sometimes it stinks. But they more

Graycroft / Graybrook

Nothing in life is perfect but I have been living in these apartments (both the Graycroft side as well as the Graybrook side) for about 7 years now. The first 5-6 years were in a 2-bedroom and later in a 3. It comes down to this... if noise is your biggest pet-peeve, lease a top floor apartment. You'll be trading for higher electric bills in the summer if you like a cooler apartment more
