We spent a lot of time researching apartments in Downtown Memphis. Number 10 Main was by far the best option. It's very quiet and convenient. The pricing is competitive. The staff is wonderful! The staff responds quickly to requests. We went to the anniversary party and had a lot of fun. We enjoy the rooftop area. It's a great place to watch the sunset, BBQ, make friends, and sit in the more

It's a great community for children. Issues are handled imminently even on weekends. Complex is kept clean. Units are spacious with big closets. In all my years of renting this has been the best experience I've had. Close to shops, pharmacy, schools, restaurants - centrally located in Memphis. more

I lived at Gayoso House Apartments for 2 years and it was AMAZING! The office staff, maintenance staff, and even the security has always been extremely helpful! I am single female and I loved that I never had to worry about my safety due to how you enter the building. The only reason I moved was to be closer to work. If you are considering moving to Gayoso, look no more! It is worth everything and more

Everything so far has been amazing! The front office staff is helpful, knowledgable and friendly! I looked at the townhouse Tuesday and was able to move in Wednesday. This quick turn around was very important to me and my situation. The whole process of working with the leasing agent was painless! more

I've lived here since 8/2014 and I can truly say this is a wonderful place to call home. When I first entered the office, I was greeted by the ofc mngr. She was so polite and professional and pleasing to talk to. She was very assuring in knowing what could be offered and didn't try to make me feel like a "renter" by asking questions that would be on the app. She seemed to be more

I will say that I don't normally leave reviews but I feel I can give a fair and accurate rating after being there seven months. First of all, the office staff. The office staff at The Edge has remained consistently friendly with every encounter. I go into the office on a regular basis to get packages because I'm an Amazon freak and they're always very friendly and organized and more

I am assisting a friend move to the Memphis area, and am helping him find affordable housing. University Gardens Manor was recommended. The facility is mid-renovation right now. I was impressed with the quiet, gated community and its proximity to Rhodes, Crosstown, and the Medical District. The complex is early 60s style, and each building feels like its own smaller complex. We chose this community based on the amenities! Specifically the advertised "heated resort style pool"! When we moved in it was "year round" heated pool. In March we asked if the heat could be turned on and the responses were... "it costs too much to heat the pool", "the heat messes up the chemicals so we can't turn it on", "we have to get more
