I've been here a few years and don't like it all that much, but there aren't a lot of options in the area. The office staff are all nice and remember your name; but maintenance is often frustrating, particularly with the bottom of the line appliances in the apartments, and front office doesn't always follow through on paperwork issues like they say they will. If you come in after 7pm, parking can be difficult and there's minimal room for guests to park at night. The construction is what you'd expect from apartments thrown up quickly, but I've had several issues (ex. front door didn't lock properly upon move-in, cabinet doors falling off, pantry door that doesn't shut, missing window screens...). You will definitely know what your upstairs neighbors are up to if you're on floors 1 or 2...mine likes to vacuum at 2am. Office hours are not particularly accommodating to those working full-time out of the Mt. Juliet area which can make package pick-up difficult. The gate breaks a lot (was finally working for awhile, but entry arm is broken off again). On the plus side, the floor plans are spacious and there's good storage space within the apartments (or at least my floor plan). There's minimal "environmental" disturbance from people yelling outside or from the road and the balconies can be a nice place to relax. I consider the rent to be a bit steep for what you get, but it's cheaper than the complex across the street. It's a very safe feeling complex and is very convenient to the Providence shopping. If you like walking, you can be to many stores in a 10-15 minute walk (depending on how far back your apartment is).
