Regardless of what the other comments say, to be fair, Iroquois is not all that bad. Yes, it does have big problems such as the bad layout for driving and parking. It has these monster roaches that live in the wood of the building. And the management team is understaffed, so they can´t exactly tend to every fire going on.

<br>The rooms are spacious as far as apartments are concerned and they keep them pretty clean. The electric and plumbing usually work fine with occasional problems. The pool is pretty clean, but the walk up there could be quite dangerous for your young children with the cars whizzing up the hill.

<br>Yes, it does get noisy, but so do all apartments. You are literally living on top or underneath your neighbors. You will hear things. If you want to get along better, try not to be oversensitive to your neighbor and make friends.

<br>I can´t say I´m too wild about the carpet or the stucco, but that´s in almost every apartment I´ve ever seen.

<br>The insulation does suck. In winter you will feel the draft. In summer, you will be paying too much to run the air conditioner.

<br>It´s an okay apartment, but a bit too expensive.
