07/10/14 by allisongreen16@gmail.com: I've lived at the Oaks of Arlington since October and just signed another lease, but this time for even longer! This is a great apartment, a hidden gem, in Arlington right at the crossroads of 360 and 30- close, but far enough you don't hear the highway noise. The Oaks is a small complex, but big apartments and town homes, so you don't feel squished in an apartment at all because of more

09/06/14 by Little Dude: Excellent apartment complex!! Extremely safe, beautiful walking, buildings laid out nicely in a variety of positions. Allows for a beautiful courtyard for walking. Landscaping is beautiful, lawn care and maintenance is top notch. Pool and hot tub are fantastic. Great fitness area. Small little kid park and even a fenced in area for dogs. Pets are welcome, and the complex offers doggie clean more

09/28/14 by swoopes: I would recommend this Community over all of the ones I visited. The office staff is exceptional in meeting all of my needs and every time I walk in to the office they greet everyone with a smile and good customer service which is essential in this day and age. Keep up the good work. more

11/14/14 by aptsearcher78: I have complaints about the maintenance, office personnel, and the safety of this complex. Maintenance Issues: I have about 6 cracked ceramic tiles in my entry way. The tiles are original to the building so they are about 30 years old. I have called and spoken with the office personnell 6 times and nothing has been done. They told me they won't replace the 30 year old tile but that they more

10/17/14 by gus tijerina: Old apartments that though upgrades are still very old, and not energy efficient. Expect to pay high electric bills and water bills. Cooling and heating cost are extreme. Management is tricky, only good thing was maintenance. Rent will absolutely go up every time its' time to sign another lease. If you are stuck it will cost you. more

03/27/14 by StudentLiving1000: I am a student at UTA and I have been living here since October 2013. This place is great! I looked all over for someplace relatively modern and well manicured before I finally decided to go with Walnut Creek. The property is clean and there is always plenty of parking(big plus). The neighbors and staff are super friendly and for the size of my apartment I think I got a great deal. 1B/1B, over more

11/11/14 by DFWAptHound: I really liked the unit I was shown when I visited this complex. The area was quiet and lots of shopping nearby. Also, I loved how most major attractions in the Metroplex were a mile away. Unfortunately, I felt pressured to lease an apartment here. I don't know if the leasing agent I dealt was in a hurry to make a quota, but she was a bit unprofessional. I had a family emergency to attend to. more
