Had I not been moving out of state, I would have stayed at River Oaks indefinitely. Although I had some problems with my upstairs neighbor, which ultimately required the police to come out and issue a citation to the guy, the management was always helpful.

The maintenance staff always responded within 2 days (non-emergency repairs) and fixed the problem the first time.

The grounds are nothing special and since the complex was shoring up some retaining walls when I left, some parking was regularly closed. Aside from the construction, however, the grounds were kept clean, with extremely little trash, debris or dog crap.

Overall, I would reccommend living here.
