Resident 2009 - 2010

4/13/2010

To be honest i really didnt have enough time to actually search for an apartment so i basically took the first thing i came across which was a BAD idea. these apartments are horrible. everything that any other person has written about these apartments are true, so please listen to what we say. now i have personally havent had a run in with the front office staff so i cannot speak there, but i have had my share of complaints with problems to my apartment and with people letting their kids play in between other peoples cars and things. the roaches are a very big problem, ive opened my kitchen cabinets to get things out and roaches have jumped out onto me, they are everywhere, they are on the ceiling, bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher, bedroom and bed, ive even had some crawl across my furniture. basically its not safe to leave anything out, in the sink, or in the dishwasher. i have mold in my windows and where my bathroom door is, while walking to my car, passing other peoples apartments i look over to see if theirs is the same as mine and sure enough all the apartments have the same mold in the window, and it is very noticeable and nasty. for one its a health hazard and is something that needs to be addressed. my lease is about to expire and i have plans on getting out of here as soon as i can, i pray i have no set backs. so please be smart when choosing an apartment and if WATERDANCE is one on your list, go ahead and cross it off now, bc the saying goes you get what you pay for and for rent to be cheap you are getting everything plus more which is FILTH.
