Scofield Park at Austin

2601 Scofield Ridge Parkway, Austin, TX 78727

I have lived in this complex nearly four years. I am finally considering leaving due to the new management. Maintenance requests get ignored completely. I took a day off from work just so I could stay home and be here while they worked. I called them in advance to advise them that I would be home that day. I own a medium-sized dog, and I wanted to be here to settle her nerves. They never showed. more

Woodstone Apartments

4021 Steck Avenue, Austin, TX 78759

I was very satisfied with the accommodations and amenities at Woodstone Apartments and left only because I moved out of Austin. If I moved back to the Austin area I would be happy to return to Woodstone and will certainly recommend this complex as a great place to reside.I felt safe and secure at the premises, the grounds and common areas are well maintained, and maintenance problems which arose more

Currently living here, just renewed my lease for another 13 months (didn't give me a 12 month option, haha. Price: paid 649 for the first year, mainly because I had a flexible move in date. Went up to 689 for this year. This is for a one bed one bath. Honestly I feel it's a bit overpriced for the old, outdated appliances and carpet, neither of which are in great condition. For what more

This place has taken a turn for the best since Cirrus Asset Management took over the staff is great and happy to help. Maintaince staff is great every week they work on something new to better the property. This week they have installed dog stations and power washed 2 buildings. They've added a water heater to the spa and the pool is crystal clear. I was given new appliances in my apartment more

I am currently living at Elevation. I am coming up on 1 year and I have to make a decision on whether to move or stay. If you were to ask me last October if I would renew, the answer would be NO!! I am helping my brother in law find an apartment so I have visited several different apartments and when I came across my own apartments I just had to read the reviews. I am not sure what Kool-Aid more

I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to see if my opinion changes, especially since I have read a lot of bad reviews about this place. It hasn't changed after about 8 months so here we go. I am happy here. I was hesitant to move in because the reviews were bad, but the price was right, the location was where I needed to be and it appeared tolerable. No pet rent was a more

Have been here since february. The location is terriffic, other things not so much. 1. Off the bat, an employee took my rent deposit, the money order had the wrong complex name. So I was asked to return and supply a check, I did so and forgot to grab the money order I left. I called and told them the next day I needed to pick it up, well they had already deposited BOTH! The Cottages

Worst apartment in Austin! Building walls cracking, dogs barking early in the morning, thin walls, roof leaking, doors not fully closing, rude manager, parking always full at night. Does this sound like hell to you??? Well, it isn't. I much rather live in hell than here. Oh, and trash is $25!!! Can't wait for my lease to end!! more

3500 Westlake Apartments

3500 North Capital of Texas Highway, Austin, TX 78746

02/10/15 by anonymous:
The apartments are nice inside and are, generally very quiet. The only exception is the school traffic from St. Stephens. So, if you are sensitive to noise, do not choose a unit on Westlake Drive. Parking is very limited as well as the garages and covered parking spaces. Towing is not enforced, so, vehicles are parked in fire zones, in front of fire hydrants, as well as blocking garages. It more

Rosemont at Hidden Creek

9345 Highway 290 East, Austin, TX 78724

02/09/15 by anonymous:
This place feels like a large run down motel where you would find meth cooks and prostitutes. I can never find parking since every dam apartment has probably 5 people living in a two bedroom that arnt suppose to be here. They work on their cars all hours day and night on the back side of the parking lot like there running a dam chop shop. There is trash everwhere, and the dumpsters are over filled more

Wilshire West (formerly Princeton Apartments)

4411 Airport Boulevard, Austin, TX 78722

02/04/15 by anonymous:
I know sometimes reviews can be over exaggerated but this reviews are not. I know that their prices are cheaper than what's aroud the area but it's not worth living here. Management never deals with the problems tentants have. If you think you are saving money by moving here you aren't and here is why; there are bed bug problems here that they won't deal with, there are rats more

Oak Hollow Apartments

7201 Wood Hollow Drive, Austin, TX 78731

11/12/14 by anonymous:
Location was great, but maintenance was awful. Maintenance workers NEVER responded to requests, even simple things such as replacing a window mini-blind that was broken. There was a huge roach problem. On a typical morning I would kill between 5 to 12 roaches. The utility fees are communal and very high (the gas fee for my 500 square foot apartment was about $50/month), eliminating the cost more

An awful, awful apartment...... my days living here were horrible. There are billions of croakroaches. The managment are rude so if you ask them to fix something the ONE repair man comes 5 weeks later to TRY and fix it. One day i was in the bedroom and he knocked on the door to fix something.... My 2 roommates and I are currently living in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment at the Point South/Bridge Hollow Apartments. When we first moved our thermostat was broken. It was in August when Texas is 90+ degrees. Our apartment read 62 degrees and it felt like 80. When they checked our place they said "the temperature says 62 and it is set at 62, the thermostat is not broken". Anybody that more
