Arbors of Austin Apartments

1070 Mearns Meadow Boulevard, Austin, TX 78758

03/19/15 by chey1990:
I personally like Arbors of Austin, I have lived here for 7 month & they took care of all the issues that I had when I moved in (basically a leaky faucet & a window pane issue). They are sort of ---- about the patio, they want it to look a certain way & they will fine people who leave stuff on there. The management is really courteous & I always see maintenance cleaning up outside. There are more

Village Oaks Apartments

10926 Jollyville Rd, Austin, TX 78759

05/19/15 by NiceView91:
Moderately priced Apartment Complex. Maintenance is excellent. Safe Part of Town. Reasonably priced apartment. If you know when to buy, this is a very good place to live. I got lucky with the nice view behind my apartment building. Complex is willing to work with you on rent. Lots of parking. Amenities are lacking, but all in all this place is as good as anything else in Austin at the same price. more

I have been a resident here for a few years. I really like the changes the new owner has made to the property. The new manager and staff are great and service has improved. It is a nice, quiet to live. I really like that it is close to my work and HEB, still close to downtown! more

Dalewood Town Homes

9600 Woodvale Dr # A, Austin, TX 78729

06/26/15 by anonymous:
Andrea Palladino is an employee of The Property Society. She is also the manager at Dalewood Townhomes. In late May I was looking for a new place to rent for our July 31st move-out date. I found Dalewood Townhomes and Andrea was the contact, so I reached out to her. She emailed me a picture of a unit in the complex, initially I thought this was the unit I was going to receive and was not too more

Regency Park Apartments (formerly Alexan Mira Vista)

401 Little Texas Lane, Austin, TX 78745

01/16/15 by anonymous:
The prices of this community enticed me for what it offers compared to Austin's soaring prices, but keep looking. These are the conflicts we've had. They've honestly made our lives miserable as tenants and mind you we are a quiet working couple with one cat and pay our rent early/on time. -the office staff is the worse staff I've experienced in my life (I hold a real estate more

Deerfield Apartments

8700 Brodie Lane, Austin, TX 78745

04/04/15 by peacelove4454:
This is the worst place I have ever lived. I get harassing letters in my house, for random reasons. PLEASE STAY OUT OF MY HOUSE, PLEASE EXPLAIN CHARGES BEFORE HAVING PEOPLE SIGN THEIR LEASE, It has been a very shady experience. I pay about 100 dollars more per month than explained. Once a week my apartment has been given a walk thru, by someone in their staff, and a letter left. I have never more

Breakers Apartments (formerly Park Place On The Lake)

1500 E Riverside Drive, Austin, TX 78741

05/08/14 by shaun.heard@live.com:
I have lived at The Breakers for almost a year. I will most certainly renew my lease. The property is older than most, but the management company has done a fantastic job of updating the appliances, etc. What separates The Breakers from the rest is its incredible view and management team. I am fortunate enough to live in an apartment where my bedroom and living room patios face Town more

Southland Apartments

2201 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78745

06/26/15 by anonymous:
ment (boyfriend/girlfriend staff) started last summer 2014 and things got worse especially with the new maintenance guy. Jobs are either skipped or half done. They put on sugar-coated faces but once you settle, you will see the truth. They are never on time even if they star late in the mornings. Their van are usually parked in the handicapped parking spot even if they are able-bodied with no more

The Meridian Apartment Homes (formerly Newport Apartments)

1930 W Rundberg Ln, Austin, TX 78758

03/09/15 by anonymous:
It seems to me at least one of these positive reviews was from management emphasizing "New management" and the area and such (sounds pretty markety). So I'll start there no really major issues. Just bad attitudes. Minimal help with anything if you don't state something in one of their preset text phrases you'll get a negative feed back with some thing simple as putting more

The Zone

Avesta Capella (formally known as Capella Apartments)

8900 North I-H 35, Austin, TX 78753

06/09/15 by thisgirlrocks2:
This is a courteous, honest, and straight forward review. Reasons you SHOULD NOT live here: No one speaks English. It's common for 7 or more people living in a one bedroom unit. Tejano music ALL. THE. TIME. Your vehicle WILL be vandalized/robbed. Nothing will ever get fixed if it breaks. No security. Nothing is safe. Kids are allowed to throw rocks all the time. No one watches their more

Arium Tech Ridge (formerly Archstone Tech Ridge)

305 East Yager Lane, Austin, TX 78753

03/23/15 by anonymous:
I'll address the downsides first. The noise that is mentioned in other reviews is spot-on. The walls are thin as is the ceiling to floor construction. If you have respectful neighbors or talk to your neighbors about the noise, that will solve 90% of the problem. I was real lucky and only had noise issues part of the time. Like most communities in/around Austin, many residents have dogs and more

Brook Meadow Village Apartment

10300 Golden Meadow Drive, Austin, TX 78758

04/27/15 by anonymous:
For the love of God, management, please be more selective about the people you let live here, and please evict the people that are constantly causing issues. This place is a breeding ground for crime. Constant vandalism, domestic altercations, drugs, and cars broken into. Just look at the crime data for the property. Clean up the property, in all ways possible, and you might attract some nicer more

Chevy Chase Downs Apartments

2504 Huntwick Dr, Austin, TX 78741

12/28/14 by anonymous:
My now husband moved to Chevy Chase Downs in 2010 and I move in with him a year later. We have been very happy not only with our apartment, but with staff as well. This is our home and will be until we are ready to purchase a house. Meagan, the apartment manager, has always been courteous, and although the other office staff has changed over the years, they are always pleasant. The maintenance more

Club At Summer Valley

744 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78745

01/28/15 by anonymous:
I've lived here for a few years. First year was amazing because the staff was just personable, respectful and understanding. They were very courteous and efficient. Under this new management however, they are the complete opposite. They are rude. They lose mail/packages on a regular basis. They are really great at giving you the run-around. (Just ask about the broken gate) WEBSITE: Not only more

I moved to terrazzo about 3 months back (3/1/2015) and I'm loving this place. It is highly secured community and all apartments are completely remodeled. It also comes with the washer/dryer facility. 24 hrs maintenance service (emergency line) and lot more. The management is very kind and friendly. I went through a leasing professional named ,'Andrea'. She is very friendly and will more

Westdale Parke (formerly Greystone Park Apartments)

3453 Greystone Drive, Austin, TX 78731

03/02/15 by queuetip:
Currently living here, just renewed my lease for another 13 months (didn't give me a 12 month option, haha. Price: paid 649 for the first year, mainly because I had a flexible move in date. Went up to 689 for this year. This is for a one bed one bath. Honestly I feel it's a bit overpriced for the old, outdated appliances and carpet, neither of which are in great condition. For what more

Marquis at Great Hills (formerly Great Hills Village Apartments)

10050 Great Hills Trail, Austin, TX 78759

01/10/15 by anonymous:
I just found out that this apt uses residential surveys to submit a anonymous feedback via to renter's voice website without permission from it's residents. I think it is important to share because it seems very unethical to me. The apt is in a great location, great pool, parking is challenging but they are upfront with that fact, so cannot complain. Maintence and office personel are more
