Scofield Park at Austin

2601 Scofield Ridge Parkway, Austin, TX 78727

07/13/14 by anonymous:
I have lived in this complex nearly four years. I am finally considering leaving due to the new management. Maintenance requests get ignored completely. I took a day off from work just so I could stay home and be here while they worked. I called them in advance to advise them that I would be home that day. I own a medium-sized dog, and I wanted to be here to settle her nerves. They never showed. more

Arium Tech Ridge (formerly Archstone Tech Ridge)

305 East Yager Lane, Austin, TX 78753

08/05/14 by George Zaidan:
I would not recommend living at Arium Tech Ridge. I kept my apartment spotless, never complained, never abused the place. When I moved out they found a way to steal my $300 deposit, from replacing the carpets, cleaning the fan, cleaning the oven (which I cleaned every time I used it), saying that they even replaced the light in it. Charged me twice for utilities which I payed the month prior and more

I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to see if my opinion changes, especially since I have read a lot of bad reviews about this place. It hasn't changed after about 8 months so here we go. I am happy here. I was hesitant to move in because the reviews were bad, but the price was right, the location was where I needed to be and it appeared tolerable. No pet rent was a more

Falls on Bull Creek (formerly Aspen Hills)

8527 N Capital Of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78759

Have been here since february. The location is terriffic, other things not so much. 1. Off the bat, an employee took my rent deposit, the money order had the wrong complex name. So I was asked to return and supply a check, I did so and forgot to grab the money order I left. I called and told them the next day I needed to pick it up, well they had already deposited BOTH! Wilshire West (formerly Princeton Apartments)

4411 Airport Boulevard, Austin, TX 78722

08/11/14 by anonymous:
I have lived in this apartment for nearly two years. My husband and I moved here after reading a number of disturbing reviews on yelp. We decided to go for it anyway, because the yelp reviews seemed too over the top to be true and because the complex was under management that seemed to be just coming in, so we figured that things were on the cusp of changing. That and it's very cheap to live more

Trails Of Walnut Creek

This place has taken a turn for the best since Cirrus Asset Management took over the staff is great and happy to help. Maintaince staff is great every week they work on something new to better the property. This week they have installed dog stations and power washed 2 buildings. They've added a water heater to the spa and the pool is crystal clear. I was given new appliances in my apartment more

The Cottages

Worst apartment in Austin! Building walls cracking, dogs barking early in the morning, thin walls, roof leaking, doors not fully closing, rude manager, parking always full at night. Does this sound like hell to you??? Well, it isn't. I much rather live in hell than here. Oh, and trash is $25!!! Can't wait for my lease to end!! more

Greystar has sold this Apartments. New management staff worked very badly. The receptionist is impolite. The manager also looks like a landlady has no responsibility. End of this contract, I will vacate. more

Elevation (formerly Austin View, Worthing Hills, Willow Creek Hills)

1911 Willow Creek Drive, Austin, TX 78741

10/21/14 by presonusstudios:
I usually don't believe negative reviews but I wish I had listened to other people about this place. The day before I moved in, long after I changed my address to the new one they had provided me, they changed my apartment unit. I had to redo all of my change of address forms and what not. The office is so unprofessional. They cannot form complete english sentences which makes everything more

12/15/14 by sophiecm:
My 2 roommates and I are currently living in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment at the Point South/Bridge Hollow Apartments. When we first moved our thermostat was broken. It was in August when Texas is 90+ degrees. Our apartment read 62 degrees and it felt like 80. When they checked our place they said "the temperature says 62 and it is set at 62, the thermostat is not broken". Anybody that more

Terrazzo (formerly Statton Park Rental Condominiums)

8585 Spicewood Springs Road, Austin, TX 78759

11/08/14 by anonymous:
Terrazzo is just an awful place to live. Do not make the mistake my wife and I made, and just skip it. A lot of the following is a list of little things, however it all adds up. A) The rent is way too high. I know that they can get away with it, and the apartments are a nice size, but still, we signed on for an apartment that costs 900 dollars (this is the second smallest apartments type BTW). more

Oak Hollow Apartments

7201 Wood Hollow Drive, Austin, TX 78731

11/12/14 by anonymous:
Location was great, but maintenance was awful. Maintenance workers NEVER responded to requests, even simple things such as replacing a window mini-blind that was broken. There was a huge roach problem. On a typical morning I would kill between 5 to 12 roaches. The utility fees are communal and very high (the gas fee for my 500 square foot apartment was about $50/month), eliminating the cost more

Due to fellow tenants, this place is horrible!!!!!! There are so many trashy people who live here who could care less if they're destroying your property or disturbing you with their late night parties. If you move here, be prepared to be on the phone with the cops every weekend. This place sucks! It's only getting worse.. more

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I know, I know-- negative apartment reviews are pretty common anywhere. With that in mind, I tried to ignore the mishaps and poor service given to me by this apartment complex from day 1 in order to give a balanced review of the place. I've been living here for about a month and I already can't wait to move out. Here's why: No matter what anyone at the front more

Do not upgrade your internet through them. They are partnered through kortett through time warner, and the complex as a whole has a speed limit. What this means is during heavy usage times, 7pm and later, the speed drops Dramatically because everyone shares this cap. A time warner Technician admitted this to me because all the hardware is new, but because the Property doesn't more
