When I moved in I was told I would be getting an updated apartment with nice planking and no carpet. Which is awesome, exactly what I wanted. Boy do I wish I could have seen the apartment before I moved in. Updated? I think it had new ceiling fans an door knobs. Other than that CHEAP FINISHES! I'm almost positive my appliances were from the 60's... The planking didn't look new was more

If you like paying for amenities (dirty swimming pool that has broken chairs), living next to train tracks, less than stellar customer service in the front office, unannounced and indefinite construction, bugs in your apartment, and a place lacking organization THAN THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! Not worth it. Can not wait to leave this place. more

I've just moved here, so I don't have a TON of experience... but so far it's FANTASTIC. My apartment is cute-as-a-button, modern, and has a ton of storage. I don't hear a peep out of my neighbors. I never struggle to find parking. The staff in the office has been more than accommodating. I've only submitted one maintenance request and it was handle that same day. My more

They say they are pet friendly, they however will do everything in their power to dance around the pet issue. They contradict themselves which makes themselves look bad and pisses people off. If I could go back in time I never would have come to these apartments. The management may seem nice, but in reality they are contradicting ----. more

HORRIBLE! They have taken all the 1 & 2 star ratings on yelp and classified them as "not recommended for the YELP community." Therefore I am coming here to help people not make the same mistake I made. I am 3.5 years into my lease. Shortly after I (happily) signed another 12 month lease a new management company took over. I noticed small changes at first. IE: Shrubs being cut down more

I've lived here almost 2 years and have always felt safe. The property is clean and I've seen numerous improvements during my stay; landscaping, painting of the entire complex and more pet stations were put in. The office manager is always friendly and they are always in the office during their scheduled times. Maintenance requests are easy to make and every request I've submitted more

So frustrating. So disappointing. Never paid more and gotten less. Worst place I've ever lived. When I was shopping for a place, there were lots of online reviews about loud/disrespectful residents. The office staff assured me that was not the case. Pants. On. Fire. Sooooooo much noise at night. Loud neighbors. Loud pool parties. Loud people running the hallways. Almost always after bar more

These apartments are absolutely terrible, the staff only believes there job is to stand outside and smoke cigarettes, my door was broken for months to the point that I had to crawl out of a window to enter/exit and they had to remove my dead bolt and it took them months to fix this.. which is completely unacceptable. The "emergency" line is a joke there is absolutely nothing that more

Management changes more often than residents do. I've lived at Verandah for 5 years. Schools are excellent and we have enjoyed living here. Lately, the staffing changes are finally becoming a problem. We've had 3 new managers in the last 6 months alone. In the 5 years, not a year went by without a complete overhaul in front office staff. It was an annual change; it's become a more

Worst management Turned off the water with no notice lot of people are not even prepared when there is no water. Management is the worst They don't care or even respond to any requests on time, they don't turn on lights on parking lots or even note of your complaints. If you have family, kids, elderly people find a better place to live. more

This is by far one of the worst apartment complex that I have lived in. I lived for a year in building 4, which was extremely loud and not from neighbors but from passing traffic. I would wake up every morning at 6am by the sound of rush hour morning traffic. If you manage to go back to sleep be aware that you will be up at 8am once again by one of the extra large yellow school bus that turns more

Do not rent here!!!! The mangement and office staff is HORRIBLE!!! The manager will try to scam you out of money. If you move out, make sure you give a WRITTEN 60 day notice. Keep a copy of it, have them sign it, or they will try to charge you hundreds of dollars. They lose things so keep track of everything you pay. Better yet....don't move here. The management has the worst more

I've lived in this apartment complex since August 2012 and so far it's been great! The management and maintenance people have been very helpful. The week I moved in the hot water in the shower wasn't working (which wasn't AWFUL because it was August). When I finally emailed the staff they replied to me very promptly and had someone out the next day. It was fixed by the time I got more

Look elsewhere for the love of mike. Horrible parking, badly designed and constructed. Management a pain in the rear end. Maintenance a bunch of pervs who spend their whole time doing drugs and sticking towing tags on vehicles that are seen in the same parking spot. Apartments are cheaply made, you can hear everything through those thin pathetic walls. The waste valet, are some ghetto more

If you are on a budget, this is definitely a better place than most for the price. It's safe but a tiny bit ghetto at times. Builds culture. Yes, there is an ant problem. But I've had no issue getting my place sprayed or fixed within 48 hours. The tiny ants around the sink really don't bother me (I see usually 2 at a time). It's when they are winged, crawling out of the more

I have been leaving in Hunterwood apartment for a little over a year and until the old manager I had no problems she was always nice and always had things taken care for us, but since manager change I feel like we being discriminated. Our furnace went out end of the winter last year and the maintenance people would come in turn it on, it would shut off. We would call them they would make more
