On the Green

12007 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, TX 78758

07/29/13 by farooqkhan: I am living at On The Green Apts close to over 3 years now, I found this community close to I-35 and close to all major shopping stores, Whenever I have interacted with the property management with issues, i was helped and assisted in a very good way. The community manager Matt is a very nice person, He take cares of everyone and make sure all the residents are happy, more

Summit Creek Apartments

7900 San Felipe Blvd, Austin, TX 78729

06/20/13 by amandacorinne: Great office and maintenance staff, upgraded amenities are nice, location is perfect! I've lived here 6 months now in an upgraded 2 bedroom (town home style). The price is decent considering the upgraded amenities and the complex's proximity to shopping, dining, and major highways. The community is very quiet, even for being so close to 183, and I lived towards the more

Forest Park Apartments (formerly Windcrest)

1088 Park Plaza, Austin, TX 78753

04/28/13 by anonymous: I am the reviewer who previously recommended and gave five stars to this place, NOT ANYMORE. I actually moved out after a year. They changed management during my stay (about 6 months ago), and the new office attendees are VERY MEAN. They are horrible!! The previous employees, Belinda and Cecilia were much much better. The new company does not give priority to the people who live more

Ladera Apartment Homes

7500 S IH-35, Austin, TX 78745

11/10/14 by anonymous: I moved to Ladera in the last year and there are pros & cons to every apartment complex I suppose. Cons: - The bark park is just a small fenced space- not a park at all and despite there being a large tree in the space it is direct sunlight with no covering which is miserable in the summer. I would also estimate only 50% of pet owners clean up after their pets so walking around in the bark park more

Oak Bend Apartments

911 Battle Bend Blvd, Austin, TX 78745

07/03/14 by lesdhale: We lived in Oak Bend for a year, from 2013-2014. It was our first apartment in Austin. I lived in a two-bedroom with my boyfriend, a roommate and our dog. I'll start with the bad things. One, the apartments are VERY small. The main reason we moved out was just because there wasn't enough room for all of us or enough storage for our stuff. The other major issue with the complex is that more

AMLI 5350

5350 Burnet, Austin, TX 78756

06/25/13 by karen.j: Please think twice before choosing Amli 5350. These apartments are beautiful - stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Location is great. I wish I could like it here. The construction is terrible. Noise seeps through from all sides. I can hear traffic, people ordering at a nearby drive-thru (I can hear their actual order) and the announcements from the city bus when it stops. I more

El Dorado Apartments

3503 Speedway, Austin, TX 78705

03/17/09 by anonymous: The environment is so comfortable. Friendly staff and managers, plenty of parkings and laundry facilities, beautiful flowers and lawn, and most of the time quiet. Within walking distance to Cal State Fullerton and 1 minute to 57 FWY. Most importantly, with this price of rent, it's the best around this area. more

Gables 5th Street Commons

1611 West 5th Street, Austin, TX 78703

06/11/12 by We lived at 5th Street Commons for the past year. Office staff were great. Unit was very nice. Couple of negatives, the washer/dryer sounded light a mac truck running in the laundry room, the bedroom was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment but our main problem was dealing with the monthly water/sewage bill. It is billed thru a subcontractor, a company called AUM. A monthly more

01/15/13 by anonymous: My husband and I have been living at this apartment complex for almost 2 years. the staff is super friendly and they have been really helpful..if they can help they will, and if it is something that they can't do directly, they will do their best to try and help. the maintenance personnel is super... they have always been very professional and helpful: it's just that sometimes it more

Austin Park Apartments

400 W Anderson Ln, Austin, TX 78752

07/13/14 by anonymous: The office staff and leadership is poor. No cross communication between them. You tell one person you need assistance and the others are not aware of it. Maintenance is poor. They either do not have enough to handle the work or they just do not care. Plus you have to contact the office to get a work order in order from them to come and look at your issue. Which goes back to the office and more

Woods At Manchaca

4013 Manchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78704

07/30/13 by doppelganger075: I lived thee for 3 years and overall liked it! I think Martine properties hired a complete new management team literally the first week i moved in so some of these reviews previous to 2010 might be out of date. I had very little problems with my unit. These condos/townhomes are old, so i think its hit or miss on which one you get. You might get one that has been upgraded, or might get one more

Woodgate Apartments

3622 Manchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78704

09/10/12 by long.gone: Woodgate in a run-down property that needs alot of work! The pool is a salt water pool with no filtration system and it is hardly ever cleaned. The property is dull and the stair are a crumbling mess. The yards that they say are available vary in size and most are obstructed my big shrubs or columns. Years ago I would have recommended this place but not now. Heaven forbid if you want something more

108 Place Apartments

108 W 45th St, Austin, TX 78751

03/16/14 by There have been some really positive reviews and really negative reviews on here, so I'll try and take a more measured approach. PROS: - Sean is a good manager. - The parking lot is convenient. - As of about 7 months into my lease, neither my car nor my apartment has been broken into. - Free internet works most of the time. - Free cable. - Close to the IF shuttle to get to campus more

Marquis at Volente (Formerly Amberley Ridge)

11908 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, TX 78726

07/10/12 by anonymous: Parking can be a pain in the rear. I've enjoyed living here due to CWS. They have turned this apartment complex around. We are honestly only moving because its rather small. I'm feeling cluttered. The cabinets could use replacing. I'm sorry CWS 1 start for construction due to the stairway behind us caving in. more

Villages of Bella Vista

8515 Brodie Lane, Austin, TX 78745

08/23/14 by anonymous: After living in three other apartment communities here in the Austin area this is our favorite. Love all the trees and openness. You don't feel stuffed in a sea of concrete. Our unit has a beautiful view of the Hill Country too. The interiors are not luxury but classy and inviting. Personally, not into the stainless steel and granite craze so it is nice having black appliances. This place has more

Tallwood Apartments

8810 Tallwood Dr, Austin, TX 78759

10/25/13 by geojen: I moved here a few months ago and am very happy with the community. I love the upstairs/downstairs layout of the apartment. The privacy fenced patio is absolutely wonderful, it feels more like a home than an apartment. Set in the beautiful Northwest Hills neighborhood of Austin, the location can't be beat. It is a very quiet and friendly community with lots of trees and a lovely more

Sweetwater Apartments

2323 Wells Branch Pkwy, Austin, TX 78728

08/27/13 by anonymous: Ive lived here for about a year and can't wait till my lease is up. I've hthatad nothing but problems. I moved in to a broken washer, a dryer that wont dry, a stove that works when it wants, water that smells, carpet thats stained , and a huge bug problem.I strongly suggest to stay away. Its cheap here, but you are sure to get what you pay for. The staff that works more

The Tuscany

1301 West Lynn Street, Austin, TX 78703

10/04/14 by anonymous: The management at the Tuscany is terrible. They could care less about their tenants. The rent goes up a crazy amount each year. There have been rat problems on the ground floor apartments. My AC broke and was out for 2 weeks during the heat of Austin summer. I had to move out during this time and asked for my rent to be reimbursed for the days I was without AC, and they refused. Priced too high more

Towne Oaks II (formerly Three Fountains Apartments)

615 East Wonsley Drive, Austin, TX 78753

03/08/14 by anonymous: Towne Oaks II has a lot of character, that's what initially drew us in. The grounds have a New Orleans-French-Quarter-look; the courtyard is very serene and feels secluded from the outside world... which is good because the street accessing the complex is pretty shady. Not a nice place to walk around at night, only leave the complex by car. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty bad. more

Bainbridge Villas (formerly Southridge Apartments)

3603 Southridge Dr, Austin, TX 78704

07/29/13 by The reviews that you may have read previous to 2011 are all negatively biased. In order to improve the quality of the residential living at Bainbridge, the owners have replaced four (4!) management teams until they (the owners) SINCE 2006; finally found the exactly perfect one. This new management directed by Susana Moreno has been there more than anyone else since 2006. I can attest more
