I spent a little over a year at this place. Mary is so sweet and I loved the way maintenance handled things. Other than the rent going up with every single renewal (well, they have to make money somehow, I guess), they are the cheapest and best value in Austin that I know of, as they are located in a nice, non-partying area of Austin where you don't hate your neighbors. I never had noise more

My husband and I have been living at this apartment complex for almost 2 years. the staff is super friendly and they have been really helpful..if they can help they will, and if it is something that they can't do directly, they will do their best to try and help. the maintenance personnel is super... they have always been very professional and helpful: it's just that sometimes it more

Woodgate in a run-down property that needs alot of work! The pool is a salt water pool with no filtration system and it is hardly ever cleaned. The property is dull and the stair are a crumbling mess. The yards that they say are available vary in size and most are obstructed my big shrubs or columns. Years ago I would have recommended this place but not now. Heaven forbid if you want something more

Noise: I am on the second floor and I can hear literally everything my upstairs neighbor is doing. I even heard someone snoring one night. My bathroom floor vibrates when my downstairs neighbor has their bathroom fan on. Construction: along with my floor vibrating, I can hear water moving through pipes and toilets being flushed through the walls. The fake wood floors had paint splatters all more

The reviews that you may have read previous to 2011 are all negatively biased. In order to improve the quality of the residential living at Bainbridge, the owners have replaced four (4!) management teams until they (the owners) SINCE 2006; finally found the exactly perfect one. This new management directed by Susana Moreno has been there more than anyone else since 2006. I can attest more

During my stay I was pleased with the maintenance and the grounds of the apartments. The management, however, treated me as if I was beneath them (how much education does it take to be an apartment manager/leasing agent?). I am a young professional with a high profile degree and always attempted to treat the management with respect. The leasing agents (especially -----) were more than more

I've been living at Mesa Verde for 3 years now in the small 1:1 apt without all the fancy upgrades and pay about $800. For my apt, it's usually about $20-30 for shared apt water/ utilities. My COA utilities bill is around $40-$60. I must say i have had a great experience living here! The maintenance staff is quick to fix things (air filters, clogged sinks, etc). As a girl, more

We have lived here a little over a year. We love it. Well-kept, quiet property. Impressed with the quick maintenance service. Office staff were outstanding -- friendly and helpful. Great place to live. When rentals do come available they lease fast! Don t miss out. The prices are awesome compared to all other apartments in Austin right now. I will definitely be renewing my lease. more

Good afternoon! My name is Jasmine. My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving from Miami to Austin. Of course we have been looking all over to find our new home, and we ve come across the Alexan Ribelin Ranch apartment community. We must say that we have received outstanding customer service from Camille! She has been wonderful from day one. From answering all of our questions more

Towne Oaks II has a lot of character, that's what initially drew us in. The grounds have a New Orleans-French-Quarter-look; the courtyard is very serene and feels secluded from the outside world... which is good because the street accessing the complex is pretty shady. Not a nice place to walk around at night, only leave the complex by car. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty bad. more

The property is showing its age. The floor on one side of the apartment pitches sharply downward, and there are big gaps of daylight between the frames of the doors and windows (you can imagine how this affects the temperature control bills). The water system is so old that they have to turn it off periodically to make repairs, so there's no water on Wednesday mornings. Every more

I'm going on lease number 3 here. It's fine. Looks great. Love the gym. My main issue is with the staff. My first year here I received several emails that were far too aggressive sounding rude and terse for my taste. You simply do not treat customers that way- and in their own home ...especially at the price we are paying. I guess you can't train class. The noise is bearable, but I more

Living in the Goodall Wooten Dormitory is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. It's right across campus, I've saved a bunch of money and I have made much more close friends than any other dormitory I've been to. This dorm is freaking cheap, only covers the basic needs and is an old building, it's a bit musty and shady-looking, but beyond the 2nd floor. more

I have lived here for five years and the rent has increased by 50%. What are they doing with that money besides a new coat of paint? This was a great find when it was reasonably priced JUST because of the location. Nothing else about the place is special. Now it is full of douchy young people who leave their dog poop and cigerrette butts all over the grounds. The community is very weak, more

More than halfway through my one-year lease and I have mixed, but mostly positive feelings about the Woodmoor. First off, the staff at the office are generally pleasant and quick to help you with clerical needs. The buildings themselves are older but I'm living in an "upgraded unit" with new appliances that work. The laundry facilities are great. One thing-- you must load your more

I had a positive review of this place while I was still living there and even recommended it at that time. When we first moved to Austin, this place had an 87% approval rating at this site. I don't often rate things with five stars, for the reason that I think there's almost always room for improvement with things in general--and particularly when I look at things in my own life. It's my pleasure to write a review primarily about the staff at The Ridge. I haven't had any other experiences of apartment-renting in Austin to compare this to, but one thing I know that more

I am still living here at Riverton and I really like it! I got a great deal on the 2-2 ba the first year and the second year when rates increased had to downgrade to the large 1-1 which is still a great lazyout. I do not mind any of my neighbors. They usually keep to their own. The parking can be a bit annoying and you would have to park a little further than comfort. Maintenance IS SPOT ON! They more

I can't think of a single good thing to say about Silver Springs. I had been stolen from several times while living here for 2 years: My TV, hubcaps from my car, even plants sitting outside on my patio. There were roaches, plenty of roaches to keep me company. I only heard about bedbugs but never experienced that myself. People leave their kids outside unattended all day and they more

I have been living at these apartments for about a year and a half now. Since me and my roommate moved in the management has changed 3 times, and each time it seems to be getting worse. Our apartment has been infested with roaches since we moved in and neither us or the management can seem to get rid of them. Speaking with our neighbors in different buildings they seem to have the same problem as more
