We have lived here a little over a year. We love it. Well-kept, quiet property. Impressed with the quick maintenance service. Office staff were outstanding -- friendly and helpful. Great place to live. When rentals do come available they lease fast! Don t miss out. The prices are awesome compared to all other apartments in Austin right now. I will definitely be renewing my lease. more

The reviews that you may have read previous to 2011 are all negatively biased. In order to improve the quality of the residential living at Bainbridge, the owners have replaced four (4!) management teams until they (the owners) SINCE 2006; finally found the exactly perfect one. This new management directed by Susana Moreno has been there more than anyone else since 2006. I can attest more

"Parking is HORRIBLE" There are SEVERAL apartments w/5 ADULTS or more in one apartment w/5-7 cars! There are several cars that have been parked for months that mechanically do run taking up parking spaces!!! Stray CATS are a nuisance. Onsite Leasing managers have changed 5-7 in less than 2yrs. more

Towne Oaks II has a lot of character, that's what initially drew us in. The grounds have a New Orleans-French-Quarter-look; the courtyard is very serene and feels secluded from the outside world... which is good because the street accessing the complex is pretty shady. Not a nice place to walk around at night, only leave the complex by car. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty bad. more

I'm going on lease number 3 here. It's fine. Looks great. Love the gym. My main issue is with the staff. My first year here I received several emails that were far too aggressive sounding rude and terse for my taste. You simply do not treat customers that way- and in their own home ...especially at the price we are paying. I guess you can't train class. The noise is bearable, but I more

Living in the Goodall Wooten Dormitory is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. It's right across campus, I've saved a bunch of money and I have made much more close friends than any other dormitory I've been to. This dorm is freaking cheap, only covers the basic needs and is an old building, it's a bit musty and shady-looking, but beyond the 2nd floor. more

If you happen to stumble upon Oak Grove, you are one of the lucky! You won't find a better deal or more charming apartment for your money in South Austin. So here's the deal: -The management is great. You won't find better than Mallary, Chris and Kasi. (I have worked as a property manager, I know this stuff!) -The apartments are cute and while they sometimes have older appliances, more

Well I went to this place yesterday night because I am looking to rent a apartment and a have a friend who lives here and the environmental looks good so my friend told me to park while she got ready fot take a walk then I looked to the floor and guess what, it was a snake! I'm not going to rent a apartment if they do not care for the residents. more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I love the management Jenny and Sarah. Always professional and willing to help. Definitely one of the best aspects of living at this complex. They address issues quickly and really work to keep their residents happy and make sure neighbors aren't disturbing each other. I have nothing but positive experiences with the both of them. I am still living here at Riverton and I really like it! I got a great deal on the 2-2 ba the first year and the second year when rates increased had to downgrade to the large 1-1 which is still a great lazyout. I do not mind any of my neighbors. They usually keep to their own. The parking can be a bit annoying and you would have to park a little further than comfort. Maintenance IS SPOT ON! They more

During my stay I was pleased with the maintenance and the grounds of the apartments. The management, however, treated me as if I was beneath them (how much education does it take to be an apartment manager/leasing agent?). I am a young professional with a high profile degree and always attempted to treat the management with respect. The leasing agents (especially -----) were more than more

I had a positive review of this place while I was still living there and even recommended it at that time. When we first moved to Austin, this place had an 87% approval rating at this site. There was no crime reported for the previous 18 months per the web site by city of Austin police department. Maintenance was horrible, it took multiple calls to get them to come out to repair issues (of which there were many). They only cleaned the bottom floors of all buildings so trash and waste piles up in the breezeways of the second and third floors. There was a pile of bird excrement and a dead baby bird that sat outside of my apartment for weeks and was never cleaned up. This was reported by more

I have been living at these apartments for about a year and a half now. Since me and my roommate moved in the management has changed 3 times, and each time it seems to be getting worse. Our apartment has been infested with roaches since we moved in and neither us or the management can seem to get rid of them. Speaking with our neighbors in different buildings they seem to have the same problem as more

We stayed at Riverlodge Apartments for over 5 months due to a family emergency that brought us to Austin. We had to find an apartment fast and went looking for a place to live. The management at the Tuscany is terrible. They could care less about their tenants. The rent goes up a crazy amount each year. There have been rat problems on the ground floor apartments. My AC broke and was out for 2 weeks during the heat of Austin summer. I had to move out during this time and asked for my rent to be reimbursed for the days I was without AC, and they refused. Place is not worth the money, your time or your patience. Lived there from Oct. 12'-Oct 13'. CURRENTLY LIVING HERE AND HATE IT: Initially these apartments looked great. The model one they showed us had all new appliances and there was plenty of parking. Staff assured us it was easy to find parking without paying for covered parking spaces.
