Overall it is a nice property. I lived there for almost 2 yrs and management is helpful and nice always have a great big smile to receive you when you open the Office door. The maintenance people are friendly and sometimes it might take a visit or two to get things fixed but it gets fixed. more

Oaks Apartments

130 Cumberland Rd, Austin, TX 78704

I've been here for two years and would definitely stay if I didn't need a bigger place. The management is great and very helpful. I work out of town for weeks at a time and they would often take care of things if needed while I was away such as changing the air filter for me or placing my mail on my counter so the box wouldn't overfill. Being able to set up automatic payments was more

Post West Austin

4330 Bull Creek Road, Austin, TX 78731

04/19/13 by anonymous:
I really, really enjoyed living at Post West. I've been meaning to write this review for awhile, as I moved out several months ago, but Post was easily my favorite apartment of the three I lived at while in Austin (The Quarters and The Texan properties/management do not compare). The staff was very friendly, maintenance usually showed up within hours of your filed request, more

Rosemont at Oak Valley

2800 Collins Creek, Austin, TX 78745

I have been living here for five years. The good, I love my apartment, the size and price are wonderful, convince to downtown is grand, great for exercise, the hills are beautiful. New management is wonderful. They are trying to fix years of mess. The bad. Our foundation is completely messed up. The cracks are just getting worse. The violence, my kids re not allowed more

Southpark Ranch

9401 South 1st Street, Austin, TX 78748

08/14/13 by anonymous:
Overall, I believe that SouthPark Ranch has been a nice place to live. It has been my home for nearly a year now. But I will be very honest, as well as give a balance to each pro and con. Here at SouthPark, we have a great office staff. Both Mary and Pricilla, go out of their way to assist you with any needs that you may have. Mary is seen more often than most, runnig her more

Price Wise The Apartment Is An Okay Place BUT It Take Maintenance Forever To Come Out & When They Do Decide To Come Out They Have To Be Called Back To Back... Then I've Gotten Bed Bugs & Its Barely Been 2 Days Since They've Done Treatment & Bed Bugs Seem To Be Worse! Overall Horrible Place Management Rude more

Platinum Lakeline Apartment Homes

9725 North Lake Creek Parkway, Austin, TX 78717

I had not lived in an apartment since college (20 years ago). I was nervous about apartment living. I have more friends here than when I owned a home you couldn't find nicer neighbors! The property is well maintained and the staff is AMAZING! The units are very energy efficient and I've never heard one of my neighbors. if you're an IT geek like me you'll appreciate the more

The Park at Monterey Oaks (formerly AMLI at Monterrey Oaks)

4701 Monterey Oaks Boulevard, Austin, TX 78749

07/28/13 by anonymous:
Over priced. Run down. Thin walls. Not safe. I'm constantly getting break-in notices on my door and my car window has been busted out twice. And mail boxes are busted into from time to time. The pool is always freezing. Little yappie dogs and their poop are everywhere. Loud mowers in the early am. It's really gone down hill in the last year and a half since I moved in. Nice trees. And more

The Ridge at Barton Creek (formerly Wind Ridge Apartments)

1300 Spyglass Drive, Austin, TX 78746

Mixed opions. My husband and love the locaton and general maintenance usually tended to pretty quickly. As of late, however, one or two of the office staff has not been professional. Not correctly hearing what I am trying to explain in what needs to be done in my unit so therefore requests has to be made repeatedly before finally being taken care of correctly. Said staff also tends to interupt more

Don't move in here! The current managing company is terrible. When I moved in here in July 2012, this property has a good reputation. Very unfortunately the managing company changed half a year later and things become unsatisfactory. I decide to move out after my current contract ends. The unpleasant experience that made me decide to move out is that, our AC is broken last more

Chardonnay at Wells Branch Apartments

1801 Wells Branch Pkwy, Austin, TX 78728

05/05/14 by anonymous:
YOU WILL BE ROBBED! Trust me, I lived here for exactly 7 days before it happened to me. Neighbors have had doors kicked in, and everyone acts like your car being burglarized is the norm. To me, being robbed is not some "rite of passage" when I move into an apartment. When I asked management about security and told them it had only been a week, Steve in the front office more

Kensington Green Apartments (formerly El Presidente)

2200 West North Loop Boulevard, Austin, TX 78756

DO NOT engage in verbal agreements with the management for ANY issue. Get it in writing. Even then, do not trust a "promise" when they give you one. I got a "tough ----" response from management a few times over various issues where I secured a promise in writing, and the management did the opposite. This apartment complex is an investment property, so expect to be more

Platinum Southside

625 East Stassney Lane, Austin, TX 78745

03/10/14 by anonymous:
First off, none of the reviews I've read for Platinum (bad or good) seem very accurate. Firstly, the parking issues reported in other reviews all seem either exaggerated or completely untrue. Yes, it can be difficult to find parking at night, but there has never been any circumstance under which I've had to consider parking at the Jimmy John's across the street. The more

Shadow Oaks Apartments

12148 Jollyville Rd, Austin, TX 78759

04/08/14 by anonymous:
We have lived here for a few years now and wanted to share that I have found this property well worth the value. Even with the rising costs of Austin rent, the property manager appears to re-invest the cost into the property itself. The grounds are very well maintained and I was prompted to write this review as a "thank you" to our PM Larry for pruning the older trees a few weeks more

Wind River Crossing Apartments

11411 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78759

04/02/14 by anonymous:
I have lived at Wind river for over 2 and a half years now and I can say this is home. Ann and Brandi have been so helpful always looking out for my best interest! I admire the space that is on the 2nd floor units and have never had any problems with anything at this residence. Maintenance is always on stand by and the management is wonderful. Very affordable and best price in NW Austin compared more

The Marquis at Caprock Canyon

4411 Spicewood Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78759

02/06/14 by anonymous:
Apparently, the owners of this complex is going to refinance the property. In order to do this, the lender required a few changes like: the handicap ramps. I picked my apartment based on its easy access (our apartments lead to the parking lot) Easy! Now they have steps! You must climb steps to go to your car. If you have a broken ankle or if you need to move a heavy piece of furniture or more

Alara Cantebrea Crossing

8021 North FM 620, Austin, TX 78726

10/22/14 by catdeblanc:
I lived here for 2 years. Water pressure is poor, a dead rat in dryer vent for 3 days till maintenance came out they said it was not an emergency, loose dogs that are aggressive 3 times in one week and they fail to take action. Management company is poor. We have 3 in 2 years. Gates fail and left open. For the high price of the apartment along with a $75.00 bill for water and trash, go somewhere more

Research Pointe Apartments

8220 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78758

03/26/12 by anonymous:
I am a current tenant who cannot possibly look forward to moving so much. When I first moved in, I was very excited. Yes, its an older building, yes, its a semi crummy neighborhood..but it is conveniently located near my work and the price was right for the size (compared to the place I was just at). I was excited by new hardwood(laminit) floors, and brand new appliances. more
