The best so far, I have lived in previous apartments before and these by far are the top of the line. I don't have any real complaints since I am active duty army and gone most of the time, but when I'm Home it is nice quiet, The staff in the office are professional, friendly, and courteous, I recommend. more

The management at the Tuscany is terrible. They could care less about their tenants. The rent goes up a crazy amount each year. There have been rat problems on the ground floor apartments. My AC broke and was out for 2 weeks during the heat of Austin summer. I had to move out during this time and asked for my rent to be reimbursed for the days I was without AC, and they refused. Priced too high more

The new management & staff are awesome. It's at a great location. Just minutes from downtown. Stores & restaurants are nearby. I never had issues with neighbors, office staff, or unexpected wanders in the parking lot. I do recommend the Heritage at Hillcrest. more

I can't think of a single good thing to say about Silver Springs. I had been stolen from several times while living here for 2 years: My TV, hubcaps from my car, even plants sitting outside on my patio. There were roaches, plenty of roaches to keep me company. I only heard about bedbugs but never experienced that myself. People leave their kids outside unattended all day and they more

I would highly recommend Summer Grove. I was only there for 8 months but would have stayed longer had I not moved into a house. I very much liked how much smaller it was than a lot of complexes in the area and the easy open parking. Edwin is the best facility maintenance person I have ever seen anywhere. I would mention something to him as I was walking out to my car and it was usually well more

Ive lived here for about a year and can't wait till my lease is up. I've hthatad nothing but problems. I moved in to a broken washer, a dryer that wont dry, a stove that works when it wants, water that smells, carpet thats stained , and a huge bug problem.I strongly suggest to stay away. Its cheap here, but you are sure to get what you pay for. The staff that works more

I have been living at these apartments for about a year and a half now. Since me and my roommate moved in the management has changed 3 times, and each time it seems to be getting worse. Our apartment has been infested with roaches since we moved in and neither us or the management can seem to get rid of them. Speaking with our neighbors in different buildings they seem to have the same problem as more

I don't often rate things with five stars, for the reason that I think there's almost always room for improvement with things in general--and particularly when I look at things in my own life. It's my pleasure to write a review primarily about the staff at The Ridge. I haven't had any other experiences of apartment-renting in Austin to compare this to, but one thing I know that more

If you happen to stumble upon Oak Grove, you are one of the lucky! You won't find a better deal or more charming apartment for your money in South Austin. So here's the deal: -The management is great. You won't find better than Mallary, Chris and Kasi. (I have worked as a property manager, I know this stuff!) -The apartments are cute and while they sometimes have older appliances, more

We stayed at Riverlodge Apartments for over 5 months due to a family emergency that brought us to Austin. We had to find an apartment fast and went looking for a place to live. We found Riverlodge and told them we needed something fast and Jacque did what she could to get us an apartment. After running the necessary credit checks, we were approved and needed to get the bills turned on in order more

Place is not worth the money, your time or your patience. Lived there from Oct. 12'-Oct 13'. Pro's: -Close to Wholefoods. -Great access to Mopac. -Somewhat close to parts of downtown/lake Austin. -Staff is pretty nice, Stephanie really nice. Everyone else didn't even know my name or our unit number the whole year. Con's: Ready?! -Most units have train noise more

Once upon a time, this was a nice mix of construction workers and grad students. Clean, well maintained, and a bargain. Not to mention a bike ride away from UT, downtown and the hike & bike trail. A couple of years ago, the property was bought out. The idea was that the new property owners would bulldoze the entire thing and start over. Then the economy tanked and they more

When I moved in I was told I would be getting an updated apartment with nice planking and no carpet. Which is awesome, exactly what I wanted. Boy do I wish I could have seen the apartment before I moved in. Updated? I think it had new ceiling fans an door knobs. Other than that CHEAP FINISHES! I'm almost positive my appliances were from the 60's... The planking didn't look new was more

If you are looking for a cozy, well-priced apartment this is a great complex to visit. It is minutes away from the business center of downtown and right along 35 making it convenient to get anywhere. The complex has several large trees that help one escape the Texas heat. I lived in a fully upgraded 2/2 and it was an amazing layout that impressed many guests. The manager is also extremely more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I love the management Jenny and Sarah. Always professional and willing to help. Definitely one of the best aspects of living at this complex. They address issues quickly and really work to keep their residents happy and make sure neighbors aren't disturbing each other. I have nothing but positive experiences with the both of them. ROACHES!! I've lived here for two years now. I would have left already, except that for the most part, I love it here! Most of the neighbors are great, the pool is perfect for summers, and you can't beat the price. But I have complained MANY times about the roach problem, and they won't do anything about it. They've "sprayed" and put down more

I've lived here almost 2 years and have always felt safe. The property is clean and I've seen numerous improvements during my stay; landscaping, painting of the entire complex and more pet stations were put in. The office manager is always friendly and they are always in the office during their scheduled times. Maintenance requests are easy to make and every request I've submitted more

I love Remington because it's a small community so the office staff knows my name. I probably annoy them because I come in often but they are always friendly and willing to chat. My biggest complaint is the size of the pool. It is really hot and there are too many people at the pool on Saturdays. (Most of who probably don't live here.) We definitely need pool passes! more
