Castilian Apartments College Park

2323 San Antonio Street, Austin, TX 78705

02/14/15 by izzyroe525:
Okay so I read all the reviews on here after I signed with the Castilian for the 2013/2014 school year and they definitely scared me about living here. But after living here I thought I would post my opinion of the place. After living there for 1 school year I renewed for the 2014/2015 school year. In 13/14 yes there were problems and inconveniences because of renovations and some pipes bursting more

Courtyard Apartments

300 Crockett St, Austin, TX 78704

If you live in the Courtyard Condominiums, make sure that your landlord is not Chad Wilson. Though he has been a landlord in Austin Texas for many years, he is unaware of tenants' rights in the state of Texas, and will attempt to extort fees from you simply because he believes he can. When I broke the lease early we found someone to replace me immediately. Chad Wilson decided to charge me more

Ok so I have seen a ton of reviews from "the old days" now let me tell you what I know.. I have lived here almost two years. I have two children that love to play with the nieghbor children to which all moms are on their patios watching. The elementary school district is uh-mazing!! I know each of my neighbors I'm the surrounding area and they are all very friendly including the ones more

Crossroads Apartments

8801 Mccann Dr, Austin, TX 78757

01/25/12 by spotlkid@yahoo.com:
I've lived here at the CR for nearly two years now and I've seen things drastically improved. It all changed when they got rid of that horrible manager Holly, there was some validity to the old posts. Always, once the new management was put: in place maintenance requests have been answered faster, it's been quieter at night in the parking lot, there are more security more

Logans Mill Apartments

1912 E William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78744

12/28/14 by anonymous:
Where do I begin? This is by far the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. Before we moved in they showed us a great place where everything was working perfectly. However, once we moved in the problems started. Firstly, they had to replace the letter box key. Then they robbed the place after we just had moved in. I later found out that it must have been some of the maintenance guys more

Marlborough Square Apartments

9500 Dessau Rd, Austin, TX 78754

02/17/11 by anonymous:
Overall it is a nice property. I lived there for almost 2 yrs and management is helpful and nice always have a great big smile to receive you when you open the Office door. The maintenance people are friendly and sometimes it might take a visit or two to get things fixed but it gets fixed. more

San Gabriel Square Apartments

2212 San Gabriel St, Austin, TX 78705

If all you need is some place to sleep, eat, and wash in-between classes, then this is probably your best bet. If you're looking for something a little bit fancier/bigger, then maybe check out the larger units that are available here. I've lived here for 7 months now, and I'm writing exclusively about the Studio/Efficiency unit (since that's what I live in). more

Village Oaks Apartments

10926 Jollyville Rd, Austin, TX 78759

08/02/13 by anonymous:
My husband and I lived at Village Oaks for three years because of its convenient location between both our workplaces and near the Arboretum. That said, I d encourage those considering this complex to look elsewhere. Our apartment was adequate, but not great - think cramped bathroom, warped wood, haphazard painting, clogged air vents, a rusty dishwasher, and a strong more

Windsor Oaks Condominiums (formerly Windsor Oaks Apartments)

1210 Windsor Road, Austin, TX 78703

08/16/09 by anonymous:
Windsor Oaks is a great property, in an unbeatable Austin neighborhood (Clarkesville). It has spacious grounds, large courtyards, large pool, huge live oak trees and great living spaces. Easy walking to West Lynn, West 6th and Lamar shops and restaurants. The Owner residents, such as myself, love living here. As do most current tenants. It's quiet, beautiful and more

Primrose at Shadow Creek

1026 Clayton Lane, Austin, TX 78723

09/29/14 by anonymous:
Like anywhere else you live who are your neighbors and do you have a nice apt in a good location which can vary greatly here. Not a clean place to live and neighborhood is creepy not neighborly. Expensive rent and lights for little to no maintenance. Not a good place for elderly who need TLC. more

Ventana Oaks (formerly Spraddle Creek)

9500 West Parmer Lane, Austin, TX 78717

09/13/14 by anonymous:
I have been in the property mgmt. business for about 5 years and have worked at multiple properties from Class A to C. I lived at Ventanna Oaks for 6 months. I have never seen such an unprofessional staff in my life. We lived close to 2 of the leasing agents and the manager. The leasing guy is a drunk and runs around the property in a golf cart at night after hours harassing residents like he owns more

Polo Club Apartments

8519 Cahill Dr, Austin, TX 78729

10/18/14 by anonymous:
I truly believe that they use a "bait and switch" method, they model apartment they will show you is overly nice and gorgeous. The apartment I moved into was NOTHING NEAR the model. The first thing I noticed were the old hideous cabinetry, nothing like the newer dark walnut cabinets in the model. The next thing noticed were the ROACHES! Within the first week of living here, I had to call more

The Grove Apartments (Formerly Forest Apartments)

3707 Manchaca Road, Austin, TX 78704

11/13/12 by ishouldjustbuyahouse:
This place was ALRIGHT when it was run by Roscoe. I mean this place is old, built in the 70's the plumbing is weird, the cable jacks sporadically dont work, they split the water bill across all residents - and it's pricey, the HVAC systems are old and antiquated, electricity fluctuates all the time, and sometimes there is just no hot water. The saving grace was that more

Woodridge Apartments (formerly Hilltop)

1900 Burton Drive, Austin, TX 78741

01/28/11 by Larrkin84:
I lived here from September '04 until February '07 and every year just got progressively worse. I think my car got broken into at least 4 times, and most times they didn't even take anything! Yeah, it's on the east side but that doesn't give the apartment complex an excuse for being apathetic when it comes to their tenants property. Wouldn't move back here if you more

Las Palmas (formerly River Oasis)

2409 Town Lake Circle, Austin, TX 78741

01/19/13 by anonymous:
Really? I think they made this complex as a practical joke. The model looks great, but the real deal? MY DOOR DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY! more

Park Lane Villas

1720 Woodward St, Austin, TX 78741

03/10/13 by anonymous:
Who else will give you a two bedroom townhouse for $810? I did a lot of research and at this time, this is one of the cheapest places that you can walk around at night. These apartments are OLD, ALL old apartments have issues. Good thing is for the most part, management is willing to fix it. Also renovating with new counters, cabinets, paint, wood floors, ect so soon more

Andrews Place Apartments

415 W 39th St, Austin, TX 78751

10/07/13 by anonymous:
I lived at andrews place for a year, and they are by far the worst management I have dealt with. The only time I had ever seen a manager was when I signed my lease. If I called about something, such as the AC being broken(which it did, twice) the security gate being ripped off it's hinges(It never got fixed) or just question about the unit in general, I NEVER got a call back. more

Gables at the Terrace

2301 South MoPac Expressway, Austin, TX 78746

03/16/14 by jamiet88:
So, I lived here for about 2 years. This place is not worth the money. My rent went up exorbitantly when I renewed and I only renewed because I work close by and it was convenient. But when I was hit with another ridiculous renewal hike, I had enough. Office staff seems friendly but one of them is CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY. I swear if you cross her she will go through your personal information. more

Le Med Apartments

1200 West 40th Street, Austin, TX 78756

06/30/09 by loganhopkins:
It seems that from the moment I signed the lease, I couldn't wait for it to be over. The condition of the unit was not as promised during the walk through. Of course we couldn't look at my unit because it was "occupied". The manager explicitly requested that you not write on the move-in condition list anything that you planned on putting in a service request for. Don't more

Mason Manor Apartments

1137 Gunter St, Austin, TX 78721

07/12/12 by 02justliving21:
I live here and dont recommend living here unless you really have to and have no choice. Unless you know someone from around here, the father of my child is from this part of town he knows alot of people here I keep to myself but when I do go out no one bothers me and everyone is pretty nice. This is a ghetto, unsafe place cops are always at the people next doors apt. just the other day more
