DO NOT MOVE HERE. RATS! RATS! RATS! Not only rats, but rat mites! My neighbors and I are being eaten alive by Tropical Rat Mites. I've lived her 1 1/2 years and there have always been rats noises. Even though I requested the holes under my sink be filled when I moved it, mgmt didn't take care of that issue until AFTER the rats had made their way into my apartment. In Oct of 2014 I more

This place is an absolute dump for what you pay. They try to make the units look modern by adding stainless steal appliances, but that is the only thing. -Cabinets are made out of plywood and have been painted and moved too many times - No storage to speak of, just one closet that has a washer/dryer combo unit in it - Massive bug problem because of lack of weather stripping - No screens more

Okay, where do I start. The Assistant Manager "Tony Galindo" is A UNPLEASANT, RUDE AND A EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL MALICIOUS MAN. BEWARE OF MOVING TO TRAILS AT THE PARK! THEY CURRENTLY HAVE NO MANAGER....THEY DON'T STAY AROUND!I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME RESIDING AT THE TRAILS! This place is a joke! They open your doors to allow outside vendors in your home without notifying residents or obtaining permission. They say a maintenance person was with the outside vendor, however, the maintenance personnel they speak of were just terminated in the last two weeks for going through panty drawers and other concerning activities as well as opening multiple doors and walking away more

At first I was going to say "Its on the downward side of "Meh"", but as i started typing I realized this place is horrible. First apartment in the city. Must say that the parking is horrible. Used to be tenant parking only, but there were too many "Problems" so they discontinued it "For the time being". I've heard of several break-ins across the complex. more

I moved in a few months ago and have loved Dos Rios so far. Great location, about 15 minute walk to the middle of campus. Washer/dryer in apartment, and the apartments were redone with new floors, carpet, and appliances in summer '08. Nothing has broken yet... Management is a bit annoying...originally they were going to pay some utilities and then switched to paying no more

I moved here in January and I'll be honest I was a little sketchy after reading some of these reviews. However, I have found these concerns to be quite the contrary. Management has been nothing but helpful and neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Property is gated and there's a security guard looking directly at my vehicle pretty much all night. I'm gonna go out on a limb more

I'm not a very picky person, but I at least expect a livable apartment. As soon as I moved in, I started having some serious problems. When I moved in, it was 95 degrees in my apartment and they said the A/C couldn't be fixed until the next day, and they weren't going to provide assistance in helping me with a place to stay that night. Luckily the maintenance guys here more

I've lived here for 12 years and the management before was friendly and really safe. This new management is horrible they are very rude, and mantinence is horrible. My oven burner was broken so I called the mantinence they came 1 month later and on top of that the burner broke the next day too and they were charging me $50 to replace it again. Plus YOU can never find parking space EVER more

I had a chance to see one of the older non-remodeled apartments in this building and it looked better than the new ones. So I gave construction one star. Its not that the construction is shoddy, its not like that, its just that the owner has bad taste in interior and exterior decorating so when the update or remodel, it looks newer, but usually worse than when they more

I have lived her since 2011 and I am still a current resident because the rent is so cheap.(399) I am so glad we finally got a new management company that has started to fix up the property (we actually have grass now) and they fixed up the office to look like a real office, not like a old apartment that someone just moved out of, I just hate how loud some of the other residents are (loud more

Sucky parking, inconsiderate neighbors, and an ever changing office staff aside, the gang of unsupervised teenagers that skateboard and hang out in the parking lot (even after dark) damaging cars with flying skateboards and rocks, or skateboarding through the breezeways (I was nearly run over just coming out my front door) got progressively worse over time. When I would tell them not to skate more

I cried in a streessful day! Even if you have enough money in the bank and source of income, they wanna rent as if like they are renting their own home for strangers. Pest contol sucks, pests all over the complex , seriously. I lived there for two years and later i wanted to transfer to another apt of the same complex...can you just believe that I am from the bugs infected house and more
