Woodridge Apartments (formerly Hilltop)

1900 Burton Drive, Austin, TX 78741

01/28/11 by Larrkin84:
I lived here from September '04 until February '07 and every year just got progressively worse. I think my car got broken into at least 4 times, and most times they didn't even take anything! Yeah, it's on the east side but that doesn't give the apartment complex an excuse for being apathetic when it comes to their tenants property. Wouldn't move back here if you more

Woodstone Apartments

4021 Steck Avenue, Austin, TX 78759

I lived here for over three years. When I moved in, I thought it was a cute 'intimate' apartment complex which was recommended to me. No. The neighborhood seems nice but don't be fooled: it's not safe. I had my car stolen TWICE and broken into, and I witnessed multiple attempted burglaries at this complex. The mailboxes got broken into. You wouldn't think it would be more

Dos Rios

2818 Nueces Street, Austin, TX 78705

11/10/08 by anonymous:
I moved in a few months ago and have loved Dos Rios so far. Great location, about 15 minute walk to the middle of campus. Washer/dryer in apartment, and the apartments were redone with new floors, carpet, and appliances in summer '08. Nothing has broken yet... Management is a bit annoying...originally they were going to pay some utilities and then switched to paying no more

The building is beautiful and is in the best location downtown. The staff is professional and outgoing. My apartment is perfect for my needs. The residents are friendly and I feel safe coming and going. Iwould highly recommend this community to anyone wanting a downtown experience. more

Willowbrook North Apartments

2018 W Rundberg Ln, Austin, TX 78758

02/23/13 by stardawg77:
I moved here in January and I'll be honest I was a little sketchy after reading some of these reviews. However, I have found these concerns to be quite the contrary. Management has been nothing but helpful and neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Property is gated and there's a security guard looking directly at my vehicle pretty much all night. I'm gonna go out on a limb more

Castle Arms

3121 Speedway, Austin, TX 78705

I'm not a very picky person, but I at least expect a livable apartment. As soon as I moved in, I started having some serious problems. When I moved in, it was 95 degrees in my apartment and they said the A/C couldn't be fixed until the next day, and they weren't going to provide assistance in helping me with a place to stay that night. Luckily the maintenance guys here more

Villas Of Quail Creek

I've lived here for 12 years and the management before was friendly and really safe. This new management is horrible they are very rude, and mantinence is horrible. My oven burner was broken so I called the mantinence they came 1 month later and on top of that the burner broke the next day too and they were charging me $50 to replace it again. Plus YOU can never find parking space EVER more

Barton Springs Apartments

1725 Toomey Rd, Austin, TX 78704

I had a chance to see one of the older non-remodeled apartments in this building and it looked better than the new ones. So I gave construction one star. Its not that the construction is shoddy, its not like that, its just that the owner has bad taste in interior and exterior decorating so when the update or remodel, it looks newer, but usually worse than when they more

Rundberg West Apartments

1809 W Rundberg Ln, Austin, TX 78758

I have lived her since 2011 and I am still a current resident because the rent is so cheap.(399) I am so glad we finally got a new management company that has started to fix up the property (we actually have grass now) and they fixed up the office to look like a real office, not like a old apartment that someone just moved out of, I just hate how loud some of the other residents are (loud more

Southwest Trails

8405 Old Bee Caves Road, Austin, TX 78735

12/24/14 by anonymous:
Sucky parking, inconsiderate neighbors, and an ever changing office staff aside, the gang of unsupervised teenagers that skateboard and hang out in the parking lot (even after dark) damaging cars with flying skateboards and rocks, or skateboarding through the breezeways (I was nearly run over just coming out my front door) got progressively worse over time. When I would tell them not to skate more

Trails at Vintage Creek (formerly Village Green Apartments)

7224 Northeast Drive, Austin, TX 78723

I cried in a streessful day! Even if you have enough money in the bank and source of income, they wanna rent as if like they are renting their own home for strangers. Pest contol sucks, pests all over the complex , seriously. I lived there for two years and later i wanted to transfer to another apt of the same complex...can you just believe that I am from the bugs infected house and more

24 Flats

1515 Palma Plaza, Austin, TX 78703

06/28/07 by anonymous:
For the Clarksville neighborhood off Enfield and West Lynn, the rent is is pretty reasonable. An efficiency went for 550 at about 400 square feet and the two bedroom was somewhere around 900 or 1000. My efficiency was nice. A full but little kitchen. I bought a microwave. I had tile and faux wood floors. I was able to fit a queen bed, couch, large desk, book shelf, more

51 Creekside Apartments

2215 E 51st St # 203, Austin, TX 78723

06/11/08 by yungdunny:
I currently live here and I am leaving in the next 2 months. The parking lot always has people working on their cars. On weekends and holidays, expect loud Tejano "concerts" from your neighbors who bring their speakers outside their homes to entertain, even at 9pm. Expect small, running, loud children on weekends. Expect sickly cats roaming the grounds and stupid elderly more

Abbey House

408 West 17th Street, Austin, TX 78701

07/17/14 by charli777:
I lived in Abbey House for one year! The location is amazing. The residence is dorm-living style, but you have so much more space for the money than in on campus dorms, or even west campus apartments. You have your own room and bathroom (furnished). A kitchen and living area on the first floor are shared with the other 10-11 residents. The first floor also has a lawyer's aid service so there more

When I say Ghetto I'm mean that with the utmost positivity. My Homies Rey Rey and Little Steve have been frequenting this location for years and have never had a problem with the "Law". If your down with Hookers and Crack, then this is the perfect place for you!!! Peace!!! more
