This place is great. Pool is always clean, front office staff is always courteous and professional, and maintenance crew is on top of everything. The rent fees are reasonable. I love living here. I would recommend to my friends an coworkers this apartment. more

difficult process with initial application and manager. had a problem with ac unit that resulted in 750.00 electric bill and while some moneys were credit it took over a month for credit and I still had to pay the current electric bill. also put in multiple requests. all maintaince issues required at least two requests with exception of sink and heat repair. the management on location isn't always more

Hardrock Canyon is a friendly, quiet community with quick access to HEB, Costco, and restaurants on one side and Austin's greenbelt on the other. I often see deer as I take my evening walks around the neighborhood. It's a great location and great place to live. more

Renting at AMLI at LH was a disaster for my family! In fact, I find AMLI as a company to be so disreputable that I've waited for months past my move out for fear of some sort of retaliation like keeping our deposit. We signed a three month lease while we waited for our new home to be ready. From the day we moved in, we were all (3) sick. After about a month, we spotted signs of mold and more

We'll I've been here for three years and have no intention of leaving, so that says something! The apartments are a little older but have been recently renovated and look really nice. The benefit to having an older complex is my favorite feature THE POOL!!! The pool is really deep and always nice and cool. The apartments themselves are laid out very nice with huge closets and each room more

Very nice apartments for a incredibly affordable price. Community is clean, facilities are nice. Maintenance staff is very quick about resolving issues. Located in a nice crossroads area that makes it quick to get just about anywhere. Gated community gives extra security. more

The unit needs to be renovated. The unit must be repaired first to acceptable conditions before a resident moves in (i.e. the doors needed to be replaced). However, the staff is great and very professional. The location of the apartment is outstanding as well because of its proximity to major retail and other institutions. more

Moved here 8 months ago and there were problems from the beginning like ceiling leaks, hole in bathtub, pests because my front door and window screens were not installed correctly. The last straw for me was I asked the complex to come and plug up holes under kitchen sink and in the water heater closet because I was hearing rodents during the night. Well they never did and today I finally saw the more

overall it was a good experience, the only complaint i have is that the staff at fox hill were too hard to get ahold of after we turned in the application to see whenwe would be moving in and the final costs ect. Otherwise everything was really good. more

I spent a little over a year at this place. Mary is so sweet and I loved the way maintenance handled things. Other than the rent going up with every single renewal (well, they have to make money somehow, I guess), they are the cheapest and best value in Austin that I know of, as they are located in a nice, non-partying area of Austin where you don't hate your neighbors. I never had noise more

This was my favorite apartment ever until a recent policy change. They no longer accept and hold packages for you. So if you like to order things online and you can't be at home to receive it, I hope you like driving down to USPS/UPS/Fedex to pick it up, if you can make it there in conjunction with your work hours. Also they have gotten worse about answering the phones. I do love my more

I walked in Staurday with my fiancÚ immediately was greeted in a welcoming way the leasing agent that is currently there in the first office was very helpful and answered all of our questions , the apartments looked very well kept. I will apply soon if the price is under 890 for a 1 bedroom which of course knowing Austin it is very hard to find but the day we went in the price that was quoted to more

I've been renting here for over two years. I just had another positive experience dealing with one of the staff and so I am writing now to let you know that if you decide to rent here, you will never have to worry about what to do if you need something fixed. Repairs wizard, Steve Brewer, is on staff full time and carries a pager at all times. He knows the complex, the units and what he is more

Artisan put me through the application process from hell. During my application process I talked to 4 different people as Emely would not follow up, did not know specials and had her manager (I get this part) follow up to tell me what I would be reimbursed. From my experience Emely needs a lot of work with follow up and knowing what it is she is selling and Kayla needs to figure out what her more

For anyone looking for a quiet place in North Austin with a great and helpful staff, check this place. I've been here for about 9 months now and love it. It's close to everything you'd want - especially great restaurants, amenities and any store you'd want for shopping. As noted, the staff is great and very helpful and it's hard to believe you are so close to the more

I have had the pleasure of living here for over 3 years! Last year I got a job in north austin and everyone knows what a commute that is, well instead of moving when my lease was up, I resigned a 13 month lease and continued the commute because of how much I loved this community! The apartment grounds are clean and well kept and interior of apartments are exceptional compared to others in the more

Great location and upgrades like granite and hardwood floors made me interested in this community but I have to say it was the outstanding staff that was the deal-maker. They are courteous, prompt to deal with any request and always pleasant. Recently, I was out of town when a freeze advisory was issued and the staff, at my request, went in to check on my apartment and turn the heat on. I have more

I moved into Phase 4 when it had just opened and lived here for about 14 months and I'm getting ready to move on outta here. Overall, the community looks nice at first glance but when you take a closer look you realize that these apartments are built so quickly and frivolously that the amenities, and the building itself is cheap.
