I have been at Great Hills for about 4 months now and found it clean and quiet. The maintenance staff is prompt and helpful. My dog and I love having trails out our back door to walk and see beautiful deer. It is an older complex but with that understood it seems a good value. I will give 4 stars because I have not been here long enough to really be familiar with everything and I have only been more

Worst place ever! I can't wait for my lease to be up. The management is horrible! They have no clue what there job is and they are incredibly rude! Cops are always here no joke. This place stays trashy and i don't even know why the have a gate, it never works. Laundry always gets stolen from me from the mat close to my apartment and I've had numerous things stolin from my front more

***DO NOT RENT HERE**** This was by far the worst experience I've ever experienced when leasing an apartment. Maintenance had to be called at least 3 times a month about the same issue that was not fixed properly, which caused my electric bill to skyrocket. Leasing consultants only care about putting people in the units, and not fixing units to make them comfortable for living. You will not more

I've lived here about 3 months now. Overall I've been very pleased. The community is very quiet. I have a 5 year old and he loves the park and swimming in the pools. I read a lot of the previous reviews that mentioned issued with the staff, but my experience with them have been nothing but fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly. Issues have been taken care of promptly. I appreciate more

I have lived here for about a year now. I like how close it is to downtown and my floor plan of my apartment. They shut the water off sometimes, it has gotten better. They text you now with warning where before they just did it unexpectedly. There has been a lot of different managers here but the new one seems to be making good changes. They just put in new mail boxes with a place for packages so more

Let me clarify my rating. It is based on the last 4 months or so in the 2 years I lived here. I recently ended my lease do to a new job out of state. Many reviews on here dating back 6-8 months and longer are justified. The previous manager...and the previous 2 owners did nothing for the apartment complex itself, allowed it to run down a bit and were very rude to tenants. Quite often, the manager more

This is the GREATEST place to live in Austin!!! I don't know why ugly people keep posting negative reviews on this fantastic property. Haters will be haters. Staff is courteous and very professional. Maintenance is ALWAYS great and never fails. I love living here at Broadstone Crossing.....if you don't please move out and STOP COMPLAINING!!! more

these apartments are roach infested no matter how clean you are and office just sends pest control to spray your apt and not the apartments above or below so after putting a pest control request once a week for one year the roaches are still here. office could care less that is costing you money to replace electronics or that ur forced to keep ur dishes and silverwear in a storage tote just so more

Pros - Nice location, 5 mins walk to Trader Joe's and other restaurants - Relatively safe. Arboretum is in general safe Cons - Apartments are really old - If you don't love Rodents and beetles then this is not a place for you - Current Management is really rude. For instance, you call them to get something fix and they will not be happy about it more

Reading reviews on here and other sites is always a good way to find a chuckle. The truth is this apartment building is pretty nice and, considering the area, is reasonably priced. The problem, like with so many other properties, is not so much the apartments or the staff, but the other residents. We have neighbors here from Dallas, California, the Northeast, you name it, who literally act like more

TERRIBLE! Karen and Valerie are the only nice AND honest employees. The property manager is extremely rude and seems like she'll do anything to not have to do work or move from her office. I've complained numerous times about my disgusting neighbor's dog urinating to where it drips and puddles onto MY patio right in front of my door; I've stepped in it, my dog has stepped in more

The staff are incompetent and rude. There billing app has messed up 3 times and they will hold you responsible for there mistakes with fines. As soon as you try and talk about the issue they threaten you with more fines and legal action. Also don't even think about using your balcony for anything else other than 1 chair. Anything else and it is a fine. These people are crooks! more

Stay away from this place, unless you are okay with drug deals, noise, trash and cops coming about 3 times per week. We moved in at the end of 2013 and originally we liked it. It's not a nice complex, but the rent is fair for what you get; we knew that going in - you get what you pay for. However, we have been having issues with the incompetent office staff. DO NOT RENT HERE! Unless you want to be ROBBED! Came home from work to find apartment broken into. Police says no signs of forced entry which means " someone had a key" management didn't even act shocked to hear of incident and only thing they said was "sorry". We don't feel safe and in order to get out of our lease we have to pay. Heartless , untrustworthy more

This place looks nice but it ain't so nice on the inside. The maintenance SUCKS. Most do I realize, but not only is it quick fixes and crappy appliances, they are sooo slow and sometimes need multiple requests before anything gets done. Must mean there are a lot of problems with the complex! They would rather spend money on repainting, which the buildings didn't need in my opinion, but more

I am not even sure how they have anyone living there. I visited Penbrook last week and had a hard time getting in the gate. When I finally did I walked in and one of the girls was with someone and didn't even make eye contact with me or say "I will be right with you" The other lady in the back hid from me basically though she saw me. NOTE SHE HAD NO ONE IN HER OFFICE? WHO DOES THAT? more
