21 Rio

2101 Rio Grande, Suite 1001, Austin, TX 78705

08/23/14 by Verified Resident:
Rent is expensive but the units are nice and spacious. I really like the washer and dryer in every unit. Something I did not like was how the air filter was very very filthy. I super duper like the walk-in closet and the big balcony. Being pet friendly is a plus. more

BEWARE when moving out management love to say one thing and do another... Bunch of lying, scammers... I will not recommend this place to a dog... Mold and ant infestation... Read the fine prints and beware when moving out unfair charges. There is a lot better place and a lot more cheap... keep your money in your pocket and keep looking. more

I've been calling and emailing this apartment complex. Straight to voicemail and no reply. Read reviews and the staff seems great. But second guessing whether it's all hype. I'm not satisfied and will be looking else where. more

Williamson Creek Apartments

Let me first say that I think the staff here is amazing. Both the women in the office are friendly, courteous and manage any problems I may have in a timely fashion. The area is currently undergoing some renovation and I think its wonderful. I don't mind the inconveniences of the construction equipment parked around the grounds as it's only temporary. My only major concerns are with more

Madrid Apartments

1202 Newning Ave, Austin, TX 78704

02/22/08 by anonymous:
The Madrid is a hidden treasure. Phil the manager was always awesome to us. You can't find such a great deal for a three bedroom apartment. We lived there for two years and wanted to stay longer, but my roommates and I had to go different directions. The pool is so awesome and private, and there are tons of great neighbors who have lived there for years. It was so large and we more

Just over two years ago I moved into the Hamilton. It was highly recommended by an apartment locator I worked with (thanks Erik with Rent Weird Realty www.rentweird.com ). I just renewed my lease for the second time. I spent weeks searching apartments in Austin, before calling Erik and landing the only upgraded 1 bed they had at the time. I feel lucky to have found my home. more

Tree Top Apartments

3601 Manchaca Road, Austin, TX 78704

12/31/07 by anonymous:
I lived here for 6 months in 2006 and it was a pretty good experience. The apartment was really roomy and the price was right. I LOVED the layout of the living room with an old style fireplace in the center of the living room. The neighbors were cool and I and the complex had a very South Austin vibe to it. Negatives were that the pool had been filled with dirt and there was no recycling. more

Cielo Apartments

3501 Ranch Road 620 S, Austin, TX 78738

05/07/15 by sjmshaffer3:
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Cielo. The apartments are very nice and provide great views. The valet trash saved a lot of hassle and allowed me to not have to put my smelly trash in my car. Anytime that I had to have maintenance come out and fix something, it was done very quickly. I highly recommend anyone looking to move out in the Beecave/Lakeway area, to check them out! more

Avesta Solano

8800 N I35, Austin, TX 78753

01/23/15 by anonymous:
Any good review on here is written by a worker and I promise that. The "cheap rent" (not very cheap when you include their bs water and electric bills that are suspiciously high) is 100% not worth everything I'm about to explain. 1. The apartments are in terrible shape, there are numerous walls with tape on it so they didn't hate to patch something or so the wall wouldn't more

Rio House Apartments

606 W 17th St, Austin, TX 78701

07/06/05 by karmajunkie:
I love this place, and hate to leave it. Its really convenient, located smack in the middle of UT and ACC-Rio Grande, about 4-5 blocks to either. I rarely drive anywhere. The management is the best i've ever had--she gives out her cell phone, and when there's a problem she's on it within hours, sometimes minutes. She's very laid-back and easy-going, and a real pleasure to deal more

I have lived in this property for years now, recently changes have been made with management and must say its an OK change (nothing special about new manager) he does have a very military demeanor, which you can not be all in your residents business & not call the police on them. I heard of an incident where the resident had a party for their child a moonwalk was onsite he called the more

I have been here for a little over a year now...families of 4 living in a one bedroom so water bill is not divided evenly. Alot of Illegals. Someone got stabbed in the parking lot a couple of weekends ago. There are cockroaches. Lighting is not good. People will knock on your door at all hours of the day and night trying to scope our your place. Your car will get broken into. 3 people I know were more

Windsong Apartments

2703 Swisher St, Austin, TX 78705

I really enjoyed living at Windsong while I was going to UT. The location is best for those in law, science, comm, etc., but you can still cut through campus quickly to get to the south side of it. As a female, I felt perfectly safe walking to and from campus, even at night, although the Red River intersection can be a bit dangerous for peds.

The one bedroom/study benefits from a FANTASTIC more
