I've lived here for 12 years and the management before was friendly and really safe. This new management is horrible they are very rude, and mantinence is horrible. My oven burner was broken so I called the mantinence they came 1 month later and on top of that the burner broke the next day too and they were charging me $50 to replace it again. Plus YOU can never find parking space EVER more

SO MANY PESTS/BUGS! These apartments may seem quaint at first, but there are many problems that don't meet the eye during a walk-through. 1. Pests. It's out of control. Sure, they can spray your unit. But what about your surrounding neighbors? They can't force them to receive pest control, so those bugs will be back in no-time. They need to fumigate these old buildings more

Ivanhoe Village Apartments

These apartments no longer exist as such, but they have been bought out and converted into condominiums: the Travis Heights Condominiums. I lived there from '01 to '05, when they were bought out and the new management drove everyone out so they could create their condominiums. Even people who had been there for decades were shown no mercy, and it was hell getting our deposits more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! This apartment complex is unbelievable. I've been living here for the past two years. For six months, I had an inexcusable, horrible bug problem, that the complex failed to do anything about. There was literally hundreds of roaches, maybe thousands, in my apartment. I would wake up with 20 roaches crawling all over my body. It was disgusting. I more

i lived in a 2 bedroom loft. the floor plan was excellent and very spacious. i had no problems with mine. however, the neighbors i had i could do without. they thought they could use the tailgate of my pick-up for a bench while they sat outside all night drinking. i fixed that problem myself. on the other hand my sister had a 2 bedroom apartment at one of the other buildings and had a serious more

Pretty much everyone who lived their had their or a friend's car broken into while living there. (The busted glass would stay there for months) It's weird not feeling safe in an apartment down the road from a big police station! Surprise inspections left and right along with wacky real-estate agents showing up and asking questions. Paper thin walls and easy roof access for myspace more

this place is a crap hole. I am leaving at the end of my lease and am sub-leasing this summer because it is so horrible. At move-in the apt was supposed to be professionaly cleaned, but the carpet was nasty and there were hand prints behind the toilet...obviously from a vomit visit during a party. There was also a pest infestation upon move-in, which they would not fix. The ac in my room more

305 Apartments

Overpriced and not worth the money is the best way to describe this place. The apartment complex was dead silent most of the time which was ideal. The greenery and tree canopy of the surrounding area was gorgeous. Location was excellent: Food options nearby were great, distance from UT was excellent, north campus is an oasis of tranquility in comparison to WC, and the people were more

I've now been living here for about 6 months. When I first moved in there was a number of issues throughout the apartment. I reported them all to management immediately; some of them took several months to fix, and there is still two outstanding issues. They switched management companies for maintenance recently, and there seems to be some potential progress, but we'll see more

I stayed in these apartments for a year. I absolutely loved my two bedroom however my living situation Had changed. I no longer needed a two bedroom and wanted to downsize. I had been preparing to put down my deposit for the one bedroom and the office had informed me that I needesd to reapply. I thought that was strange. Why would I need to reapply since I was just transferring within the same more

Ancient Oaks

2709 Manor Road, Austin, TX 78722

For the astronomical pricing of this extremely tiny studio, you could get yourself a roommate and rent a two bedroom house. The water pressure is below standard because the building's plumbing is old. Crickets. Crickets. Crickets. The maintenance workers and grounds keepers are very friendly, and do the best job they can. The parking lot is too small. The residents are super more

Where to begin...Lets start with the adverse selection. If you were someone who just moved in recently, you were probably told about all the amenities and upgraded features this place would soon have. However, they fail to mention they are recovering from a lawsuit they just lost which has postponed all of their 'developing' projects. They also fail to mention how much more

Warning: If you're looking to lease here, you should insist on an amendment to the lease agreement that gives you a way to break the lease without finding a new tenant, or at least know that you're stuck with it unless you do if you end up wanting to break it. The leasing office WILL NOT negotiate with you to break your lease on any other terms otherwise. The lease breaking terms are more

My daughter rented for a year here and as a parent I would not reccomend this establishment in any way shape or form. When we moved in the apartment was filthy and had a roach problem. It took an entire day of hardcore cleaning and some good pest control to make the apartment a liveable environment. The rent price for this dump is outragous and the complex is in major need of some TLC (the owner more

Barton Springs Apartments

I had a chance to see one of the older non-remodeled apartments in this building and it looked better than the new ones. So I gave construction one star. Its not that the construction is shoddy, its not like that, its just that the owner has bad taste in interior and exterior decorating so when the update or remodel, it looks newer, but usually worse than when they more
