Greystar Property Management continues to give me the run around regarding my deposit. First it's that they didn't have the right forwarding address, which I provided prior to moving out in November 2014. Then I called five separate times starting in early December 2014 only to give them my correct forwarding address each time. Then December 24, 2014 they realized they charged me a more

The apartments are infested with bedbugs. The manager Irma makes contracts under other people's names. She gossips and when she is confronted she blames someone else. Nothing gets repaired. The place is ran down and falling apart. A lot of drug activity. The swimming pool is green and nasty 90% of the time. The stoves catch fire and throw sparks . Not a very good place to live. Maybe the more

I have lived here for 4 years and really haven't had any problems. The parking isn't the greatest, but I have never had my car broken into or damaged. I usually have had any problems fixed within a day. The staff is nice and courteous but seems to change often. It's pretty quiet here. more

The good: Convenient location - really convenient; HEB right up the road, Savers and CVS right down the street, two bus stops near by. Fairly low-crime neighborhood. Neighbors are pretty friendly. The woman who was/might still be the community manager (Peggy - not sure if the new management kept her as the community manager or not) is very sweet. The bad: The landlord is some more

THIS PLACE IS CRAP, I OWNED A UNIT AND THE HOA FEES WERE RAISED OVER 35%, DUE TO OTHER OWNERS NOT PAYING AND POOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, P.MANAGEMENT KEEPS CHANGING EVERY FEW YEARS. CAR PORTS WERE NOT OWNED AND SOLD MYSTERIOUSLY FOR 5K TO WILLING BUYERS. THE GATES NEED SECURITY AND OTHER PERKS TO HELP THIS PLACE GET OUT OF CRAPLAND. VEHICLES GET TOWED AWAY FROM THE PARKING LOT ALSO more

It's obvious, this place use to be a motel that got converted into an apartment complex. NONE of the units have a washer/dryer hook-up, so we all have to use the community laundry room downstairs. Oh, and pray that the credit card slider functions because there's no options to stick quarters as a back-up payment method. There's been a couple of times their machines were more

The utilities and management of this apartment complex is absolute garbage. Throughout the entire 7 months I've been here, the showers have never once been the same temperature for more than 1 minute. Often the warm water will shut off completely at the beginning of a shower. The maintenance person has been several times but claims the water has never had an issue because he was unable to more

Like noted in previous reviews....all these units are owned by different people. Ely Properties ownes mine and has done a great job with everything. I understand the property grounds are not something they can control but inside my door and within my walls they have done great! I would look for something managed by Ely Properties. I used to be the manager of all three of these places; 1996-1998. Apparently ----- longer owns them, though I am reading the new ownership is just as bad. I wouldn't be surprised to find that ----- still involved with them, by the sound of these complaints. I was fired from the job because I refused to discriminate against two distinct ethnic groups. I have the court transcripts to more

We have had nothing but problem after problem with this complex over the past year. It is the worst place I have ever lived. They make it seem like it is getting all these remodles and updates, but the fact is, the apartments are still old and they have a long way to go before they are truly in any type of livable condition. There is a lot of drug deals in this complex. The police are more

I would not recommend anyone moving here. This place is a dump. Management only around part time. Drugs and prostitution is very high in the area. Your average water bill is $45.00 per month for one person living in a one bedroom apartment. This apartment don't have much landscapping for the water bill to be this high. The light around the complex are not well let even with the new management more

Secondly, when new mngt. company met w/residents and agreed to provide movers upon move out due to apt. complex being torn down free of charge as long as it was within 3 miles from sunnymeade. Third, they promised to refund deposits in full to residents upon move out. Well, here are the facts. more

These apartments no longer exist as such, but they have been bought out and converted into condominiums: the Travis Heights Condominiums. I lived there from '01 to '05, when they were bought out and the new management drove everyone out so they could create their condominiums. Even people who had been there for decades were shown no mercy, and it was hell getting our deposits more

This complex is nothing fancy but is in a good location and a decent price. THE GOOD - close to campus, HEB, I-35, Austin Chronicle down the street - UT shuttle bus stop right across the street - parking always available - decent laundry facilites, 3 washers/2 dryers at $2.25 a load - never had a problem with management - quality maintenance/took care of things on time - $600 a more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! This apartment complex is unbelievable. I've been living here for the past two years. For six months, I had an inexcusable, horrible bug problem, that the complex failed to do anything about. There was literally hundreds of roaches, maybe thousands, in my apartment. I would wake up with 20 roaches crawling all over my body. It was disgusting. I more
