Great location. Walking distance to a lot! Unfortunately, you hear your neighbors and they are LOUD. Some weekends I feel like I am in a dorm. The building is also run by key fobs which only work some of the time. I would recommend this community to younger individuals who do not mind noise late night and to anyone who wants to rent in downtown Austin for a short period of time, just to get a more

The Estates on Quarry Lake are definitely worth a look. The community is very quiet, right next to the lake, and convenient to great shopping and restaurants. The management team is very helpful and the maintenance team is quick to address any needs. I love it here. more

Its affordable and a good location to everything. I go to ACC down the street and the bus stop is next to the apartments. The grocery store is within walking distance and all kinds of food around the area. The office girls are nice and always willing to help with whatever I need. more

I just moved in and so far really like the apartment. Close to my job and a fairly reasonable rent. I wish that cable was an option rather than a required fee added on to the rent. The apartment is spacious and has a cute layout. ceiling lights in the living room would be better than having to have lamps more

I've been at Creekstone for a few months now. The apartment itself is fine if a little run-down. The one time I've called maintenance they were relatively quick to respond. The security gate around the perimeter is a joke since the gates are never locked despite frequent fliers telling the residents that it will be working anyday. But my biggest gripe is the parking. There are not more

tldr: dont sign a lease here, the office staff is dedicated to sales, but will not do a thing for you once you move in Pros: * location Cons: * the construction is horrible to put it nicely, look closely and everything is dinged, damaged, or broken * the office staff still calls me "sir" after living here for 4 months when they know who i am. it is offputting for them to treat me as more

Upon moving into an apartment I do read the reviews and find it helpful, so I've decided to write a review and hopefully I can help others. I've lived here for a year and would probably stay if I didn't need a bigger apartment. The year that I've lived here has been pretty good over all. The moving process was easy. Once I saw my apartment I wasn't to happy about the more

Bed bugs, rats and poor customer service. It might be new but very cheaply constructed. Fortunately I only signed a short term lease and got out of there as soon as I could. Overpriced, you can get way more for much less money around this area. During my time there I got a letter from mgmt about a bed bug infestation in building 11 and rats on property. Don't be impressed by many of more

I have been living here for about two months in a 1bedroom and the apartments themselves are old but nice. Some need updating but I haven't had major complaints just yet about my unit. What I do find to be annoying is that the laundry facility is kind of disgusting and always humid with puddles of water everywhere. For not having w/d connections in almost all the apartments, you would think more

Apartment units are noisy due to thin walls/ceilings. Pets are allowed, which is a plus, except for the dog poop everywhere outside. The office is a bit incompetent. Lots of people have moved out of the complex in the last few weeks, probably due to ridiculous rent increases. more

I moved to Woodhollow my last year at UT. I was there from June of 2013-2014 and the only thing I have to say is that the place grew on me. My first few weeks were...an adjustment. A guy named Terry was pretty rude to me and gave me some misleading information upon seeing the property, but Deborah set the record straight for me a few weeks into it. The staff is kind of hit or miss, depending on more

I have been living at stone gate since March 2014 and out of all of the apartments I looked at this was the most impressive and decently priced. It is also right by south park meadows which has every store you need. I was sensitive to the highway noise at my first apartment (personal preference, may not bother everyone) and Erin and Cassandra worked with me to relocate me to another apartment in more

I have lived at Sendera for over a year now and I have to say it is the best living experience! Everything from the management and office team who are all professional, helpful and nice; to the quick maintenance repairs (not that I've needed that many since they keep things up-to-date); to easy online payments; to the amazing facilities of a great gym, awesome pool and BBQ area surrounded by more

I've lived at Four Park Place for a year now and some of the comments about the train are pretty stupid. First of all, the train runs directly behind the leasing office and the crossing is right next to one of the parking lot exits. I'm not sure how anyone other than Helen Keller could be unaware of the train when they signed the lease. It was annoying at first, but several months ago more

I've been residing at The Meadows for nearly 2 years now. It's been mostly a positive experience in my time here, however, recently the complex was acquired by a new owner. This gentleman (and I use that term very loosely) is quite intense. He is rude, obnoxious, and seems to have little or no regard for the people that actually reside there. More than halfway through my one-year lease and I have mixed, but mostly positive feelings about the Woodmoor. First off, the staff at the office are generally pleasant and quick to help you with clerical needs. The buildings themselves are older but I'm living in an "upgraded unit" with new appliances that work. The laundry facilities are great. One thing-- you must load your more

I have lived here for many years and have had very few problems. Staff have always been nice and maintenance requests have been fast. It's in a great location with pretty much every store you would ever need within 2 miles. My only complaint is that the cost of living here has gone up a lot from when I first moved here. It's mostly due to the increase of people moving to Austin but I more
