High Point Village

2400 Wickersham Ln, Austin, TX 78741

02/23/15 by gabi123:
Its affordable and a good location to everything. I go to ACC down the street and the bus stop is next to the apartments. The grocery store is within walking distance and all kinds of food around the area. The office girls are nice and always willing to help with whatever I need. more

The office staff is awesome and I love it at the apartment is really relaxing, they were right on point with everything I needed, answered all questions exactly as I asked them and we're really easy to lease from. All in all its a great renting experience and an awesome apartment. more

8054 Exchange Drive, Austin, TX 78754

I've been at Creekstone for a few months now. The apartment itself is fine if a little run-down. The one time I've called maintenance they were relatively quick to respond. The security gate around the perimeter is a joke since the gates are never locked despite frequent fliers telling the residents that it will be working anyday. But my biggest gripe is the parking. There are not more

San Marin Apartments

3625 Duval Road, Austin, TX 78759

03/25/15 by Verified Resident:
The leasing and move-in process were very easy and the office staff were awesome. Love the community so far. More parking would be nice though. I look forward to exploring the area a bit more and possibly moving to one of those giant patios when my current lease is up :) more

The Boulevard at Town Lake (formerly Gables At Town Lake)

2600 Lake Austin Boulevard, Austin, TX 78703

02/25/15 by Verified Resident:
Apartment units are noisy due to thin walls/ceilings. Pets are allowed, which is a plus, except for the dog poop everywhere outside. The office is a bit incompetent. Lots of people have moved out of the complex in the last few weeks, probably due to ridiculous rent increases. more

Oxford at Tech Ridge (formerly Springs at Tech Ridge Apartments)

1200 East Parmer Lane, Austin, TX 78753

03/01/15 by anonymous:
Bed bugs, rats and poor customer service. It might be new but very cheaply constructed. Fortunately I only signed a short term lease and got out of there as soon as I could. Overpriced, you can get way more for much less money around this area. During my time there I got a letter from mgmt about a bed bug infestation in building 11 and rats on property. Don't be impressed by many of more

Silvercreek Apartments

2900 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78704

09/24/14 by Agarciak58:
I have been living here for about two months in a 1bedroom and the apartments themselves are old but nice. Some need updating but I haven't had major complaints just yet about my unit. What I do find to be annoying is that the laundry facility is kind of disgusting and always humid with puddles of water everywhere. For not having w/d connections in almost all the apartments, you would think more

Woodhollow Apartments

3524 Greystone Drive, Austin, TX 78731

12/13/14 by anonymous:
I moved to Woodhollow my last year at UT. I was there from June of 2013-2014 and the only thing I have to say is that the place grew on me. My first few weeks were...an adjustment. A guy named Terry was pretty rude to me and gave me some misleading information upon seeing the property, but Deborah set the record straight for me a few weeks into it. The staff is kind of hit or miss, depending on more

Sendera Barton Creek (Formerly Marquis at Barton Creek & Estancia)

2716 Barton Creek Boulevard, Austin, TX 78735

09/04/14 by Jay Jay 7:
I have lived at Sendera for over a year now and I have to say it is the best living experience! Everything from the management and office team who are all professional, helpful and nice; to the quick maintenance repairs (not that I've needed that many since they keep things up-to-date); to easy online payments; to the amazing facilities of a great gym, awesome pool and BBQ area surrounded by more

South Shore District

1333 Shore District Drive, Austin, TX 78741

03/30/15 by Verified Resident:
I've noticed that the lights in the parking garage have been out a few times on different levels. I appreciated the phone call from the building manager when I moved it, it was a nice surprise welcome. I've not had any maintenance issues yet to share experience on, the apartment was new when we moved in and in great condition. more

AMLI on 2nd

421 W. 3rd Street, Austin, TX 78701

04/01/15 by Verified Resident:
Other than the location, the Amli on 2nd is way over priced. The amenities in the building are sub par including thin walls where you can hear your neighbors, cheap and small bathroom and kitchen sinks, an elevator that is slow, and management that is incompetent and unfriendly. more

10505 South I-35, Austin, TX 78747

07/09/14 by Pari1068:
I have been living at stone gate since March 2014 and out of all of the apartments I looked at this was the most impressive and decently priced. It is also right by south park meadows which has every store you need. I was sensitive to the highway noise at my first apartment (personal preference, may not bother everyone) and Erin and Cassandra worked with me to relocate me to another apartment in more

Austin Trails Apartments

5417 S Mo Pac Expy, Austin, TX 78749

01/05/15 by anonymous:
I have lived at Barton Trails for over a year and I absolutely love it. It's quite , convenient and the staff is AWESOME! The maintenance staff responds quickly and always cleans up after themselves, the office staff is friendly and always keeps us (the residents) in the loop. -MM more

Meadows At Anderson Mill

10507 Mellow Mdws, Austin, TX 78750

03/03/15 by anonymous:
I've been residing at The Meadows for nearly 2 years now. It's been mostly a positive experience in my time here, however, recently the complex was acquired by a new owner. This gentleman (and I use that term very loosely) is quite intense. He is rude, obnoxious, and seems to have little or no regard for the people that actually reside there. Though he has been implementing several more

River Oaks (formerly Jefferson at River Oaks)

6607 Brodie Lane, Austin, TX 78745

03/30/15 by Screener:
Living at River Oaks is a great experience for single and married people. The rooms are very beautiful and kept up to date. The only thing I do not like is the balcony, that there is no screen fence. Having a screen fence will do great for the summer, blocking out the flies. Other than that, everything is awesome experience. Oh, yeah parking is great as well. River Oaks is one of the best more

Avalon Palm Apartments (formerly Woodwind Chase & Royal Crest)

9300 Northgate Boulevard, Austin, TX 78758

11/14/14 by marbeliabarrientos:

02/09/15 by dmorris101:
I've lived at Four Park Place for a year now and some of the comments about the train are pretty stupid. First of all, the train runs directly behind the leasing office and the crossing is right next to one of the parking lot exits. I'm not sure how anyone other than Helen Keller could be unaware of the train when they signed the lease. It was annoying at first, but several months ago more

Wildcreek Apartments

1511 Faro Dr, Austin, TX 78741

03/24/15 by anonymous:
This is the first and only place I've lived in Austin, and i don't really have a reason to go through the hassles of moving, even if i were to miraculously find a place cheaper and more centrally located. I've been here in my second floor 2/1 for a year but I've already had 5 roommates, four of which ended pretty dramatically. Mgmt was patient and worked with me, and we seem to more

AMLI Eastside (formerly Robertson Hill)

1000 San Marcos Street, Austin, TX 78702

03/26/15 by Verified Resident:
AMLI Eastside is a great apartment complex with high-end amenities, friendly staff, and modern units. It had a great location within short walking distance to downtown, but there are also great restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. more

Colonial Grand at Onion Creek

1901 Onion Creek Parkway, Austin, TX 78748

03/31/15 by anonymous:
I have read many bad reviews on this property as I search for a different apartment to move to. I can't speak on anyone else's experience but can speak on mine. I'm very satisfied with this apartment complex. This was my first one bed room after college and I loved it!! In my opinion, I think this is one of the most underrated locations in Austin. Right near South Park Meadows, not more
