I would recommend this community time and time again. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and absolutely love it. The property is beautifully maintained and upgraded. It's gated and in a safe area. It looks very classy. There are always plenty of parking spots, as I don't have a covered spot. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff does a great job and are very more

I have lived at Arrowhead Park for the last three years an I have never had a problem. The girls in the office are always very courteous and they have gone out of their way to work with me and my husband. The gate has stopped operating from time to time but as far as the security officer goes no one has ever harassed us or our children. Our lease will be ending in the middle of next year and we more

After reading the reviews I agree with 3/15/2013. We must have your old apartment. The POOL HOPPERS staying the night and leaving 8:00 in the morning are getting bolder. They don't leave when the police show up. Management asked them to leave, they say NO.....WE NEED SLEEP The parties are fine IF they leave at a reasonable time ... they just forgot to take all the trash with them. more

While I don't have a lot of other apartment communities to make a comparison to I will say that we were made to feel welcomed the instant we stepped through the front doors of River Stone Ranch. After living in a small (less than 1000 square foot) home for seven years our growing family needed more space. We happened by RSR after searching a handful of other apartment communities. Positives. It's a nice place. It's safe, etc. All the stuff you'd expect from your apartment. Negatives: Maintenance needs to go to a crash course class on home HVAC repair/diagnosis. Service Requests are best submitted in person, on the phone/on the web doesn't seem to get a reaction for a few days. They're nice though. Staff: The property manager is great. more

PROS: -Cheap. My rent was $805 plus about $35 in water and trash each month. Almost unheard of in Austin these days. -Very quiet and peaceful. Especially on the back end, but all around. I never hear my neighbors and almost never see them. Far back from the street. -TONS of parking. It's never, ever full and there are spots right next to your door. -Management will just leave you alone, more

I've lived here for going on three years. I love the management. For the most part, they take their time with you and do a good job of being up front with ya. The apartments are nice. Not amazing. Just nice. I say this in comparison for what you pay. The rent does go up and is fairly high for what you pay, period. The grounds are lovely. People really love the second courtyard area, including more

I have lived at the Marquis Shoreline for over 2yrs and am on my third lease. I have never had any issues or problems with the office staff or maintenance crew. I enjoy my apartment, it's location in the complex is perfect for me, and it's location in the city as well. It's a big complex, and the maintenance crew has to prioritize their work, but they do a good job overall. I walk more

I moved in here to Paradise Oaks Apts about two years ago and I did not liked the maintenance service. Previous lead maintenance was always in bad mood and the service was horrible. now that new management took over I have seen a HUGE change. the new managers actually cares about the residents and the office staff are very nice. the porter is always cleaning the grounds. Think that the management has been writing most of these reviews so I'd like to put in a couple of words. The location is good if you want to live on the edge of South Congress and Travis Heights. If you need to commute anywhere across the river, the drive, thanks to Austin traffic, may take longer than anticipated. The complex itself is older, has older, lower-grade appliances and more

I have lived here @ The Social Apartments for almost a year now. Just last week I informed the office of my intentions to Renew my lease. The office staff of Samantha Dawn, Beth, and Jennifer are so friendly and cheerful. The maintenance staff is Top notch. Mike (head of maintenance) is on top of any issues you may encounter. I had a issue that he took time after hours to stop by and let me know more

When we moved in the beginning of 2013 Channing mark was a different place. Coming from New England it reminded us of home and it was quiet and the deer were a plus. The reminders on the doors weren't appreciated but at least we had management on site. As awfulnas the management was it was present and my maintenance requests and emails were responded to. We were promised new carpeting and more

Overall this is a nice apartment! The units have nice new appliances, attractive counters, etc. I believe there are lots of different unit designs. The one I am in has a huge restroom just for me with a garden tub, which I love and makes my life feel so luxurious. Large windows and a decent balcony with a view of downtown of UT's tower. The area is awesome. Tons of people walking their dogs more
