Greystar Property Management continues to give me the run around regarding my deposit. First it's that they didn't have the right forwarding address, which I provided prior to moving out in November 2014. Then I called five separate times starting in early December 2014 only to give them my correct forwarding address each time. Then December 24, 2014 they realized they charged me a pet carpet cleaning fee of almost $100 but I did not have carpet and they kept all the pet fees / deposits too. I have a 7-pound dog that is 15-years old...he did not chew, pee or anything else but they keep all those fees too. Regardless we are now at January 12, 2015 and still no refund check. This is how everything rolls at Cielo and I am sure it will at Madrone Apartment next door since it's the same owner and property management company. Unless you like being frustrated don't move there.
